    Adam, ever consider soft tip setscrews for this application? Just wondering. Should allow this same pressure with significantly reduced scratching an resistance

    • @AdamDrake
      @AdamDrake  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's a very good idea. I always have a little slop between the set screw and the bar, but it may be something to try.

      www.mcmaster.com/#set-screws/=1dcrlqy i dont get to run much 1/8th scale these days so i cant provide much of a long term review but they are readily available.

    Hey adam i have a question How do you care for your bearings and what bearing oil do you use ?

    • @AdamDrake
      @AdamDrake  7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hello, I will try to get a video up soon about how I maintain the NMB bearings in my Mugen Seiki vehicles.

    For the sway bar ends, is the ball with the set screw suppose to face inside or outside the holder? I see some cars the ball is facing outside and some inside..does it matter? For your car in this vid, the ball is facing outwards..

    • @AdamDrake
      @AdamDrake  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      With Mugen the ball should face the inside.

    Didn't mention that if the sway bar isn't new you need to lay it on a completely flat surface to make sure it isn't bent. Very common to have a bent swaybar that makes your ride handle wrong left to right.
