It's wrong information, so shut up uneducated idiot! A 'U' bar is just a straight link from the stable wheel to the opposite wheel which TRANSMITS FORCE THROUGH THE CHASSIS to the opposite end of the car. In REALITY, it can be thought of as being A STRAIGHT ROD WHICH YOU TIGHTEN OR LOOSEN. You can only effect the car's cornering ability for left hand turns OR right hand turns, NOT FOR BOTH turns. You also need to SHUT UP AND STEP AWAY FROM INSTRUCTING PEOPLE! You're an ego maniac and you're uneducated idiot!

Hey ty, i got a Xray xb8 2015 with a FX engine, its pretty good, but the Problem is, that the left drive shaft, is to short, so when i jump, it flips out of the diff.. i don't know why, but all is original and build exactly with the manual.. The driving shaft is original too, and yesterday, i cleaned the whole diff, changed the bear rings, but the Problem is still there.. i don't know what to do now :/

It's wrong information and you're being terribly educated by this vid maker. Read a book on How to Make Your Car Handle. The Americans published this book and never read it. So now, people from the other side of the planet have to educate you, cause we know everything!

    Hi Ty,
could you tell why you use so many shims on the steering link at the wheelhub?

We are still learning the car and trying different settings for bump steer, since having done the video we now use less, we only use 2mm.

It's wrong information! Ever heard of a 'Z' sway bar? A 'U' sway bar, if adjusted to effect both left and right cornering, will just ROTATE AROUND THE MOUNTING AXIS and can NEVER be tightened. It will forever remain LOOSE. it's actually a continuous link across the car which MUST BE TIGHTENED to create some effect for cornering. The tighter you adjust the straight link, the more powerful the anti sway effect will become! THAT'S RIGHT! You ACTUALLY GET TO ADJUST SOMETHING to your liking. You're only allowed to tighten or loosen the sway bar from 1 side of the car! You get to choose LEFT SIDE OR RIGHT SIDE. if you choose to tighten from both sides, the sway bar will just ROTATE ON ITS MOUNTS and it can never be tightened. It will always stays undone. Which never improves cornering. IT'S ACTUALLY A MEMBER OF THE CHASSIS not a moving part. It twists and so it must be under some stress. It will NEVER twist if its loose.

What was the diagnosis at the dnc final?

It was a receiver pack battery failure which is strange since it was a new battery for this race.

You're wrong! A 'U' bar in essence is just a straight link from one side to the other and can only effect 1 side of the car. You only can choose to improve LEFT HAND CORNERS or right hand corners. A 'U' anti roll/anti sway bar CANNOT EFFECT BOTH RIGHT AND LEFT HAND CORNERS. 'Z' bars exist for that problem. The rear mounted sway bar pushes the front end back down onto the level setting. The front mounted bar effects the rear of the car. You must go to design school /engineering, to workout this sort of information cause its NOT intuitive. Human ego's can't workout how this technical stuff is happening.
