vent: so i used to have this friend who i’ll call van and me and him were friends last year (the only things we would talk about were video games and our favorite game devs and horror games like chillas art and all that) and a lot of people thought we were dating but we werent but apparently he had a crush on me but i didnt so i never brought it up to him and that was that. also not a lot of people liked him (it was probably bc he had dyslexia and bc he was a “snitch”) so a lot of people often told me “stop being friends with him” but i didnt. well school started almost 2 months ago and he wasnt here so i just thought he moved bc he told me he might move soon so i didnt think much of it although i was a bit sad. well i heard people talking about him at my lunch table and i got into the conversation and i was like “yeah im pretty sure he moved or something” and they all stared at me and one of my classmates said “he got into a car crash” and my heart dropped so i said “wait what” and my other classmate said “yeah idk if its true but apparently he died in the car crash” and i was so shocked i couldnt even move and honestly idk if he did bc the principal is one of our lunch monitors and he went up behind both of them and told them to not talk about stuff like that (he said something like it idk exactly what he said bc i was too shocked and it was also really loud and he whispered to them) and honestly if he did bc i realized i never actually really got a chance to know him since all we talked about was games and game devs. i just hope hes resting well. im still trying to process everything since this is a lot to take in
