Get your ears checked. Craig is one of the best consistent live singer that I've ever heard. I just saw him yesterday even and it still sounded exactly the same as his recordings. No theres a phaser-ish effect going on. It's not present in any other recording Craigs done, so I highly doubt thats the tone of his voice.
