Hey, great video!
Is there a way to disassemble it even further, since I still can't clean the sides properly?
Hello ! Sadly we have not been able to disassemble the head without breaking it
Hi there ,
Managed to take out screw! Can we remove the round part to clean the hairs? If you could share your complete video link, that would be great.
Hello ! The golden round part seems to be locked in place, without any way of removing it without breaking it..

Hi! The metal bar came off on mine and i’m trying to put it back. Can you do a video on that or show where its supposed to snap back into?
What is the location of the metal bar ?
Same here. Metal bar attached to the rolling part in the epil head
@@sarahg.triola2464 Did it come off while turning ? Or while cleaning the head ?
Mine came off too and now when I put it back it doesn't roll...
I’ve never encountered this problem yet. Do you mind sharing a short of the situation (through the TH-cam app) so we can help you ?
What size screwdriver?
Every tool details are ont the video’s description.

Regret that i didn’t see this before buying. Mine broken forever.
Would anyone give me an advice for better device?
What part is broken ?
Sad to hear. If you want to stay with Braun products i’ll recommend Silk Epil 7, easier to repair.
@@cyclepil what would you advise overall, are there any better devices on market?
I’ll still go with Silk Epil 7, easy repair, lots of spare parts available. I’ll soon post reviews of competitor models to find if alternatives are better.
