- We started with a Nadi Shodhana pranayama then a bit of warm up. We stopped on our knees to strengthen our core. Followed by Sun Salutation and some positions for stretching legs. If you like my classes pls like 👍🏻 and follow me for the next adventures. Namasthe 🙏🏼
