The dishes seem to be not enough varieties as all seem to look the same. You should go find a restaurant with more different varieties of food.

因为麻辣而流口水。Ask if can add sugar if it too spicy, is even nicer with a little sugar into very spicy mala soup. It balance the tastebud make it more tastier.

the pea is call 豌豆 and green chilli is call 藤椒 that are almost like 花椒. both are common ingredient for Sichuan cuisine.
