Wow...i actually went to allspice and did their japanese class using my skill future credit....the chefs were friendly and skilled. I enjoyed myself and learnt great skills.

Hi Zermatt! I wanna ask something about weight loss related😂
Paisei i ask since you do diets and you mentioned you do jump ropes
If i were to lets say just eat 2 meals a day. The meals are not any special healthy food maybe some home cooked food, or let me take chicken rice as an example.
So one day i eat 2 plates of chicken rice, one for lunch and one for dinner, no snacking.
And i do a 15minute jump rope everyday(amounts to about 2000jumps) i guess about 200calories burn.
Will i lose weight?
The whole point is to be on a caloric deficit - doesn't matter if you eat 1 meal or 20 meals. The easiest way is to track what you eat, weight and measure everything then let your macros do the work 🤞
@@ZermattNeo thanks for answering! One last question. I'm aware about calorie deficit. Rice is something many say to avoid since it's rich in carbs.
So if I still eat rice but my total calorie intake is still less than calories expend, it still works right?
