I like how in the picture, Omega Zero actually looks like Zero's original body, when in the game, he was just a palette swap of the Zero's copied body.

I mean it makes sense in lore, as everyone underwent multiple upgrades inbetween x8 and the elf wars, so this is probably just his last upgrade, but fuck could he have at least kept the shoulder pads, or something resembling his previous armor as just that, armor. This jacket designs great, but not as warrior zero, more as casual/research prodject zero. Also why couldn't we use black zero in the zero series, where we get other colored forms as well? That just feels wrong.
I like how Zero has two belts, it's probably referencing one of Zero's old designs before the current one was decided for MMZ

@@Flamehedgehog well fair enough but I believe the true reason is just an art change because you can't update you body if you aren't using it. He was put to sleep to study after all and the ending showed his old design, but every is entitled to their opinion. If you believe so then more power to you
@@thunderknight4149 oh sorry guess I should have explain this better (or at all to be honest) I just wanted to show a different perspective art style change different body or a combination of both they all valid answers we could debate this all day but to be honest it doesn't really matter as long as the game 1:fun and 2nd: Has a decent story but has you said everyone has their own opinions
@@thunderknight4149 if you look at the new mega man design you can see panels that were never there. Also we have evidence that zero probably fought in the elf wars with his buddy X even in command mission which is an alternate timeline zero has upgrades to his body that we never saw in X8 or X7
I like how omega has scars all over his body and a missing shoulderpad, while zero only has a cut on his shirt, making omega seem way older than he looks in-game.
Also the fact that he's using zero's body from the X series helps but that's not the point

I like how one of Omega’s Shoulder-Pauldrons are missing. Referencing Zero from MMX1, but at the same time showing that Omega’s the Original Zero(Physically AND Mentally, considering the “Original Zero” was the first Maverick.)
Well, Zero wasn't the FIRST maverick, he was so messed up when Sigma found him because of the cognitive error, the error was being corrected when Sigma punched Zero in his gem. This permanently altered Zero's personality into being what he is in the X series.
This would absolutely fit for a hypotetical fight between X, Zero and Omega in the prelude for MMZ, The Elf Wars.
Plot twist: remember the virus that infected axl? Its powerful enough to get X as well.

X specifically says that weil stole zeros original body and that they had to make a fake body for zero ,to control during the elf wars. Where (this is speculation) omega is just the remains of the zero/sigma/wily's virus tweaked to be obedient to wile

Yes I totally understand the copy body and stuff. However, the original sigma body was destroyed in MMX1 and whatever keeps coming back is "someone behind the scenes" (I wonder who /s) keeps rebuilding him. Sigma from MMX2 to MMX8 is a completely different body yet the same virus therefore the virus has evolved into not just a virus, but a soul. So Omega is the original sigma virus but has gotten a taste of his own medicine and is now being possessed by weil. Sigma, the one who was possessing others, is now possessed himself.
Plus that wonderful glow Zero had in MMX5 is also on Omega.
And in Marvel vs Capcom ultimate, although not canon, funny they chose OMEGA as the name when Sigma was upgraded.
Dear Nick, this is a kid using his dad's account but my dad got me the mega man zero collection game and it makes me happy to see one of my favorite themes remixed so thank you. Also p.s. I'm on megaman zero 2 for the collection mode. Edit: if you don't what that is its on the dsi but you can play it on 3ds and it's basically all four games in one :3

MMZ3 is my favorite game in Zero series and probably my favorite game in the entire Mega Man franchise.
