The is, far and away, the most captivating video I've seen of people surfing at Nazare. We are given much more insight into the complications and skills required of the person pulling the surfer into place. The sounds of the water and wind are forbidding yet beautiful. As are all the bone chilling shades of grey that make up the water and sky. The feel of it is very different without crowds of people all around. Just the scattering of small black figures, moving back and forth across the dark water, under the dirty white sky. This depicts a very different world of surfing than the days of loud crowds and all the carrying on - especially as the video doesn't have shrill thumpy music. The natural sounds are so much better. They make sense. I can understand why THIS world captivates people.

Loved the long shots over the open sea. It’s great to get that perspective. The 360 fly round the castle is really good too. It’s rare to see those perspectives with most videos just focusing on the wave ride. My favorite Nazare video in ages. Keep it up. Thank you too.

I don’t know if these people are crazy or courageous…. Prob both. I love the ocean but not this much love. I love it clean and beautiful to watch at and swim sometimes…. I love it for the fishes etc
Absolutely insane if that’s the normal way of towing these maniacs into those mountains of water that’s absolutely insane what a scary wave in every way shape and form massive Respect to all the have the skill and the guts to surf basically mountains of water God bless you all and God keep all that enters your beautiful creation of Nazare safe
Frighteningly beautiful…most people will never experience being drawn up to the top of the curl looking down and seeing the sand being being drawn up as the wave’s peak takes you up 20-25’ and you don’t want to go over the edge

Wow. I have never gotten such a great view and understanding of trying to tow a surfer into the right wave. Hearing raw ocean is a huge bonus. It really breathes more life into the video. Great shots of the whole Nazare scene. Bravo good sir 👏 👏
