This vid is setting a new standard for soudn design. the sound engineering on this video is insane. One of the best I have ever seen for watersports. There is this really gusty bit where the windsufer at 1:33 oversheets the sail and turns maximally upwind and you can literally feel the gust via the audio.

Awesome footage. And a pro rider.. I was lurking for smaller conditions at Tonel, definitely to do less swimming for the gear, around the big rock. Cheers!

Everybody nearly drowns in large waves. Have none of you ever been held down, then had to inhale foam when you reached surface? So many times over the falls three times, and even knocked in the head by other peope's boards. Nothing special - just normal when you choose to go out. (only received one long-term injury, while seeing others with fractures and worse get pulled from challenging circumstances. Was even knocked out for a moment and only cold water woke me. This is life, that's all, and i actually HATE the whole idea of big machines lurking to rescue everyone. )
