- life at this age is all about play! Titan is getting bigger and stronger by the day, soon he'll tower over Buddy but I wouldn't say that would help him any as Buddy is a master of this game. Buddy also appears to be a self entertaining dog in this video which is handy if you have chores to do and he can go throw a frisbee for himself! I'm sure Buddy's aim is to roll in every square inch of garden to complete his mission. Titans little howls are adorable too. Buddy is a bit silly when it comes to fetch, he doesn't watch where the ball goes, he anticipates it and stares longingly into that direction while Titan of 3 months can find it. Go figure
Buddy is a young pup at heart but knows he has to be gentle with Titan. Both are so cute and good-natured.

Some dogs do and can play by themselves it can also depend if Buddy has a playmate at home or not, occasionally our huskies will be playing by themselves totally ignoring the others@@mikenuzzo3323

Retrievers like Buddy are sporting breeds that will naturally key in on flying objects. They were bred to retrieve game birds like ducks, pheasants or quail. 🦆
In about a year we're going to have some real tug-o-war with these 2 for sure. Buddy doesn't love that frizbee at all, does he?

Yes you are right, Golden Retrievers or Labs can’t do any wrong because they are absolutely proven rock solid stable dogs. They making that sound would attract positive attention and people looking at them how cute they are in their excitement heightened state. However, your dog, I don’t think people would be petrified but they would be a little wary but at the same time still see your dog as to take a chance with. Now other breeds like Rottweilers, Alsatians, Bullys etc now people would literally turn and walk in opposite direction because they can be volatile and depending on the owner why take that chance. However, your dog will not be seen in their category but something in between them and the Retriever. But it’s only because of size but they will still be seen as cute which they. Love your dogs and the way they behave, very stable and great advocates for giant malamutes. Big softies and so very cute even when adults, just so cute looking.

Interesting thing I heard in a dog training video, when we think dogs are competing by playing tug of war, to them it is actually cooperation. Canines bring down prey by attacking from different sides and when we think they are playing tug of war, they are actually living out this strategy. I don't know if this is accurate, but it seems to make sense to me.
To be completely fair about the noises, If Teddy is making those sounds and playing "rough" one need only on occasion concern over his young bit of floofy clumsiness as to his size. But if Niko is making those sounds, she has had a moment, at least when she drew blood in a spat. So....? So, respectfully, whether breed or individual temperment, if people are unfamiliar with your wonderfully, adorable, beautiful and gigantic dogs, I don't blame them for having a bit of concern for their noises. Well being for you All ~

FYI, I’ve been bitten by a golden. I was jogging and some guy had his dog in the front yard. When his dog bit me, he laughed. He next day, I brought a small lead weight in a leather pouch on a rope. Dog lunged for me, and I swung that pouch at him. Didn’t get him but the jerk golden retriever never tried to bite me again.
It is clear who the problem is.

i started to watch this channel for the malamutes, 99% Phil. i like Ted when he gets to run at full speed or play hard, but to many people kept asking "where's buddy" all the time in chat and now we see him in more videos than Ted and Niko. they must film hours of video every time buddy comes to visit. i very seldom give a thumbs up to any clips that are not based on the malamutes, they could have two channels, one for the channel's namesake, and one for the kids, goats, and buddy. i won't give a thumbs down, but do leave comments asking for more of Ted doing his Tigger things and bouncing around like his tail is a spring..... positive encouragement gets more attention than being negative.
