Visit Embassy Residency, Chennai before buying anything with Embassy, because they are good only in graphics, not on real construction, no club house, no amenities as shown in layout in Embassy residency, Chennai. Club house is in basement stage for more than 3 years, they sell apartment first by showing graphics and only god knows when the amenities are constructed and they collect club house memebership fee, piped gas line fee etc. up front before 5 years, but don't deliver as promised.
Embassy, please complete your existing project in Chennai. Its one of worst, not delivered promised amenity to its existing . customers. Pathetic entry road, water stagnation , uncompleted, halted construction, water only through tankers
@@vikaskeshri610 embassy edge apartment is definitely under litigation, but I heard from sources saying that even the plots are having issues. I've purchased a flat and in soup now. Never expected such a big builder to mess up people's money like this
@@rachnajain306 I'll leave it to you to decide after you verify details completely... But just to let you know, they have put construction on hold for over 3 years now. I have a flat purchased, my other friends too have purchased. When we contacted them, they initially told us it was delayed due to COVID, but later got to know they have some litigations with the locals there.. The case is still in court and they are confident that in 2023 construction will resume. This is the case with any other premium builders too, not just Embassy. They all have some or the other litigations..

The one in Bangalore is under litigation. I got to know after I purchased, I struggling now.
