It’s called “Canary in a Coal Mine” because coal miners used to bring canaries with them so that they could evacuate when the bird died of toxic fumes. In the Life series, Jimmy has a similar role as one of these birds so people sometimes call him a canary :D

I’ve been putting off watching these but after seeing Scott post his I could t resist anymore
I swear, this made me cry several times. First with Jimmy dying, Scott getting revenge, his eulogy, Scott dying to a VERY adorable ending (I am watching this and thinking about the Empires s1 ending, which is prob what it was based off) and this started both Jimmys and Scott’s curses (jimmy dying first (or very early in Secret Life) and with Scott with either him always winning or getting VERY close to

Watching everyone's 3rd life movies back to back was definitely not the plan after bdubs went and uploaded his supercut but here we are and that ending really grabbed me in the feels and didnt let go
