Chinese Cutlets Recipe
Ingredients:
1 onion chopped
half cup carrot chopped
half cup capsicum
4 potatoes boiled
1 boiled egg
half tsp salt
half tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp chilli sauce
bread crumbs
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
Directions;
Grate egg and potatoes
saute vegetables until translucent
add sauces and spices
make cutlets
first coat with flour mixture then with bread crumbs
shallow fry until golden.
