For e2 havers with fewer harmony units to spare, consider Hanya as an extremely solid option. If either of your 2 other allies plan to use skill points (which some debuffers really do need to), the sp management is incredibly useful. Hanyas ult in conjuction with the Damage bonus and A1 atk boost effect applicable through skill is able to make her compete relatively evenly with Sparkle in an Acheron team.
got mine on guarantee 75 (but saved enough for Aventurine 100%), went for weapon banner in hope for some copies of gnsw, and got her signature on 10th pull... literally insane, so happy, insane luck for a guy only with pass for a last month

From the short time I've had her she works great with Ruan Mei and Fu Xuan, RM ult lets everyone proc a debuff if there are multiple enenies. Also even more all res pen. You just have to watch your FX ult so you don't use it and ruin your stacking. Even at E0 with 1 nihility she can pretty consistently hit 100k ults with a relatively low investment.
She is. No shocker that as soon as you log in, there are 2 new lore info in the Faction tab (Self-Nihilators being one of those). The descriptions literally describe Acheron why she is, well, how she is.
Hey Guoba, I usually don't comment (this might be my first ever comment on this channel lol) but I wanted to say that you are a blessing to the players of hsr. You got me back into the game when I saw a random Video on my home page (iirc it was the Welt guide a few months back), that was recommended to me and I've been playing actively since. I wanted to thank you for your amazing guides, but also the tierlists, since they were helpful too. But I have encountered a problem, that being that I have no Idea how to build fire mc. Are you planning on making a guide on them and if you are, will there be a section where you will show the best build specifically for Acheron teams? Currently I run a bit of BE on them, since crit is hard to build. That being said, I use a Def %body, Speed boots, a Def% Orb (Fire dmg just doesn't want to drop lol) and a BE rope with Gepards sig LC, but it doesn't feel like I can sustain the team well enough. Thanks in advance for any help :)

did a multi 4fun and ended up getting her at 11 pity so now I gotta build her def gonna try each comp, finally have a reason to build the Trend of the Universal Market lightcone to experiment with TB/Fu Xuan/March teams and my Welt who's been in the retirement home since release and I have Kafka so there'll be lightcones to swap around to play with also likin the Live2D Guoba (maybe u had it in a previous video but don't think it existed in the last sparkle vid I watched) thanks for the best guides since day 1

Technically didn’t include pioneer but you can and the build is still great :) Izumo yes , I wanted to make it a halfway point for non full pioneer gamers
i prefarmed for her and saved up so she's maxed with her sig lc and okay relics. she's not a must pull but she's so much fun esp in SU. i did an SU run in less than 10 minutes. it truly is a time saver. it's like having topaz for chests. not a must but a nice qol
yeah i would love to see that too! currently have mine E1S1 and am debating going for E2 since i dont have Sparkle or even Ruan Mei. A more detailed team building Acheron guide would be great :)
I´ve been running her with E1 Gepard with Trend, Silver Wolf and Sweaty Pela, and I absolutely love it. The increased aggro Gepaard brings helps a ton and with his E1 he can freeze quite well with mediocre relics as long as you have decent def and spd and some ehr.
I GOT SO LUCKY. As a F2P, I’ve always been surprisingly lucky. I rarely lose my 50/50s (unless it’s a man’s banner for some reason??), and when I do, I tend to get Clara (love ya Clara!) and bronya. Just got my C2 Bronya on Acheron’s banner today, DIRECTLY followed by Acheron herself!! First time getting a back to back 5 star, and I can’t be any more excited - unless I get Acheron’s light cone….- we’ll see! Good luck to everyone pulling Acheron!!
idk if anyone has tried it but e1 BS, kafka, acheron, ruan mei currently shreds through every MOC and pure fiction floor i have tried them on. i rotated wrong a few times and still managed a 2 cycle clear at my HIGHEST. everything else was zero cycles. its kinda crazy how fast she can get her ult up with that team.
I pulled her because I really needed a Lightning DPS and have a great Silver Wolf - and I'm dealing 400k damage ults without a proper build! She's amazing and I'm glad I picked her up while Caterina is far away.
I don't think I have it in me anymore. I have played every day from launch, I always keep an Express Supply Pass and Nameless Glory active, I do every event to completion, and I have only ever won a single 50/50, just one. The odds of losing that many times does not feel realistic. I can flip a quarter eight times, and the chances of it picking tails eight times are less than 1%. Basically, I lost the Acheron 50/50.
Don't feel bad, I too was really frustrated before. Till now I only won 2 50/50s (sparkle and acheron), for previous banners not only did I lose the 50/50 I always get my guarantee near pity. So yeah, some of us are cursed at this game kekw

I think pairing her with an e1/s1 topaz in end game SU modes with the ult -> follow up blessing would be really interesting. She has the potential to apply more frequent debuffs than any other unit and is really SP flexible.
From my personal experience running Ruan Mei, Black Swan, Kafka and Acheron, they work really well together. Sure, you're not squeezing all the damage you can out of Acheron. But if you give her the DoT set, she's squeezing even more damage out of the whole team in general. They synergize REALLY well and do stupid amounts of damage together. The only issue I've ran into is that in some instances you'd probably want sustain for them. In which case I swap Ruan Mei for Gallagher. They honestly kick so much ass.
I "accidentally" pulled her. Just got Luocha - who I _really_ wanted - and said "fuck it, another 10 on Acheron, maybe I'll get lucky". And I got lucky. And I'm totally unprepared. So I need to watch this video to figure out how to use her correctly TwT thank you for the guide!
"Next best Light Cone is Incessant Rain" holy shit, I lucked out and roll dupe on it, and I've been holding on to not combine them into S2. Now the second one finally gonna see some real use.
Admittedly, I wasn’t expecting to be here since I was on 8 pity with a 50/50, but she pleasantly surprised me by coming home in 23 pulls! I really wanted her, but I knew with Aventurine coming I could only drop about 30-60 pulls into her banner to try and get eidolons of 4s since I wanted all of them. Excited to try her out!
Was really worried about pulling for the is character because of the lack of crossover from other builds. I also didn’t have any good light cones. Ended up getting E1 and her LC in 95 pulls so I got nothing to worry about! Nice to not lose every 50/50 for once
The welt team has a weird bug for me. If I use welt's technique in MOC, then enter battle with Acheron''s technique Welt's doesn't apply. It will then be broken every time on reset, even if Welt's technique is the only one I use. Sometimes if I enter battle with just an auto attack, no techniques, then reset again, it will work on the next attempt. But usually it stays broken. Weird bug, hope they fix it. Not sure if anyone else has run into this. The team that breaks this consistently for me is Welt, Acheron, Ruan Mei, Sparkle so welt is the only domain tech before anyone says that.
I tried using Fire TB with S2 Trend but i just couldn't get her to work, literally EVERYONE ELSE is being targetted but her so I opted to use Gepard instead using an S2 Trend. Worked a lot better and was able to get MoC12 3-star with 3 cycles to spare. Also 3.2k ATK, 84% CR, 205% CD, 103SPD (big sad on SPD) E0S1 with Pioneer and Salsotto. ALSO! Erudition in SU works on her! Brain in a Vat will still instantly give her ult back.
I got super lucky with my pulls, and managed to get e2s1. The current team I've been running with her has been Acheron, Bronya, Pela, and Gepard. Bronya is tuned to go just after acheron, which makes it easy to get 5 to 6 out stacks very fast. Sadly, I don’t have silver wolf or sparkle, but this team uas still been shredding through whatever I put in front of it
I managed to save up 220 pulls for her and her lightcone. I got her in 20 pulls on the 60 pity I hard before. And I got her lightcone in 10 pulls. I cried tears of joy legit. I hope everyone else has great pulls!
I only got her to E1S1, but I managed to get E6 Gallagher and Pela as well, plus a couple copies of good night sleep well. Time to start saving for her rerun!
Won 50/50 so took a chance for LC and got it in 12 pulls! Really wanted GNSW but I'll take the saved jades! Will be running her with Kafka/BS for fun otherwise Pela/Gwen E6. Now I have extra jades so might go for Jingliu LC or Aventurine if he's good. I have the Topaz Preservation LC but only S2. I might try fire MC. Anyway thanks for the guide
Oh my god so the burning preservation LC works, im gonna bust, that was the first thing i thought of as fire mc enjoyer so this makes me very happy that existence of acheron gives mc (and gepard) a reason to live again
I've got her to E1 and have her light cone. Using her with Black Swan, Pela and Gepard. Going to try her with fire Trailblazer. Saving for Adventurine now.
Got her e1s1 (double 5 star in 10 pull!) Now I'm really thinking about e2. She's still insanly strong and she helps with my dilema of not having 2nd reliable MoC dps
Idk how i feel about all the Pela glazing over SW. Trash mobs hardly ever need debuffing to guarantee the KO once her ult is popped. In the case of two bosses Acheron isn't at full strength until she's used her ult once, meaning she likely will use it twice to defeat both, and in that same time e0 SW let alone e1 SW can have both bosses def shredded for Acherons seconds ult. 0 cycle is unnecessary so long as you get 3 stars, and in the case of Ach / Welt / Sparkle / SW or Pela SW makes the team more universal since so long as the enemies have 2 of the elements (1 is fine as well, just less optimal) everyone is breaking toughness. ER / ER planar ornament / thief on Silverwolf makes her ult uptime crazy. SW is so underrated and makes it so that two targets have 60 def shred at all times when played correctly.
Using Pela technique can give you a stack at the start meaning you only need pela skill and burst aswell as the second nihility applying a debuff for her first turn ult.
Himeko gives a knot by doing whatever she does(bc of applying burn trace) follow ups, q/e, burst, breaks, with some amount of ehr(of which i had minimal) everything procced the knot. I noticed that in pure fiction when i thought acherons breaking enemies could be useful for himeko since all the enemies had weaknessess to fire and lightning. with the pure fiction burst buff, my himeko(er rope), acheron(traces lvl 6, i got her yesterday, quantum set) , kafka(with sweaty lc, er rope), blade team and bad relics i managed to get 30k for the second half. the first half though was worse with 20k. i think if i were more clever with speed or energy regen stuff i could have done better but the synergy between it all felt unexplored.
Thank you for adding the eidelon comparisons and great guide as always! For pelas rotation, do we need her have a 2T ult? I remember hearing about this before acheron came out. Would we always basic with pela or would we need to skill here and there (have e6)?
2t ult is nice but not achievable with reso basic spam, so 3turn in that case. Dont need to skill either with reso since youd apply a debuff every turn on basic ^^
Lost my 50/50 on her but won it for her LC and she is so good. She helped me clear MoC11 for the first time and now I'm confident about MoC12. I was planning on going E2 for her but I really need Sparkle for my DHIL and QQ teams. I'll pull overtime but I'm in no rush, he damage is absurd at this point.
First of all, great video it made me really understand how she works! I managed to get E2S1 and im running her with my fast Sparkle so she's on ATK% boots. Do eidolons matter regarding the question of elemental damage orb vs ATK% orb?

I GOT SO LUCKY. As a F2P, I’ve always been surprisingly lucky. I rarely lose my 50/50s (unless it’s a man’s banner for some reason??), and when I do, I tend to get Clara (love ya Clara!) and bronya. Just got my C2 Bronya on Acheron’s banner today, DIRECTLY followed by Acheron herself!! First time getting a back to back 5 star, and I can’t be any more excited - unless I get Acheron’s light cone….- we’ll see! Good luck to everyone pulling Acheron!!
idk if anyone has tried it but e1 BS, kafka, acheron, ruan mei currently shreds through every MOC and pure fiction floor i have tried them on. i rotated wrong a few times and still managed a 2 cycle clear at my HIGHEST. everything else was zero cycles. its kinda crazy how fast she can get her ult up with that team.
The struggle is real for my Pela. Jing Liu wants her, and so does Acheron 😭

I pulled her because I really needed a Lightning DPS and have a great Silver Wolf - and I'm dealing 400k damage ults without a proper build! She's amazing and I'm glad I picked her up while Caterina is far away.

I don't think I have it in me anymore. I have played every day from launch, I always keep an Express Supply Pass and Nameless Glory active, I do every event to completion, and I have only ever won a single 50/50, just one. The odds of losing that many times does not feel realistic. I can flip a quarter eight times, and the chances of it picking tails eight times are less than 1%. Basically, I lost the Acheron 50/50.

Congrat. I was trying to pull for gallagher, but somehow ended up with Acheron E2S1 in 140 pulls.
I think pairing her with an e1/s1 topaz in end game SU modes with the ult -> follow up blessing would be really interesting. She has the potential to apply more frequent debuffs than any other unit and is really SP flexible.

From my personal experience running Ruan Mei, Black Swan, Kafka and Acheron, they work really well together. Sure, you're not squeezing all the damage you can out of Acheron. But if you give her the DoT set, she's squeezing even more damage out of the whole team in general. They synergize REALLY well and do stupid amounts of damage together. The only issue I've ran into is that in some instances you'd probably want sustain for them. In which case I swap Ruan Mei for Gallagher. They honestly kick so much ass.

I "accidentally" pulled her. Just got Luocha - who I _really_ wanted - and said "fuck it, another 10 on Acheron, maybe I'll get lucky". And I got lucky. And I'm totally unprepared. So I need to watch this video to figure out how to use her correctly TwT thank you for the guide!

Admittedly, I wasn’t expecting to be here since I was on 8 pity with a 50/50, but she pleasantly surprised me by coming home in 23 pulls! I really wanted her, but I knew with Aventurine coming I could only drop about 30-60 pulls into her banner to try and get eidolons of 4s since I wanted all of them. Excited to try her out!

Was really worried about pulling for the is character because of the lack of crossover from other builds. I also didn’t have any good light cones. Ended up getting E1 and her LC in 95 pulls so I got nothing to worry about! Nice to not lose every 50/50 for once

Lads and Gents, I am proud to announce, I got her in two god damn pulls from zero pity.
The welt team has a weird bug for me. If I use welt's technique in MOC, then enter battle with Acheron''s technique Welt's doesn't apply. It will then be broken every time on reset, even if Welt's technique is the only one I use. Sometimes if I enter battle with just an auto attack, no techniques, then reset again, it will work on the next attempt. But usually it stays broken. Weird bug, hope they fix it. Not sure if anyone else has run into this. The team that breaks this consistently for me is Welt, Acheron, Ruan Mei, Sparkle so welt is the only domain tech before anyone says that.
Got S1 just to get more GNSW copies... only got 1 extra 😢

I tried using Fire TB with S2 Trend but i just couldn't get her to work, literally EVERYONE ELSE is being targetted but her so I opted to use Gepard instead using an S2 Trend. Worked a lot better and was able to get MoC12 3-star with 3 cycles to spare.
Also 3.2k ATK, 84% CR, 205% CD, 103SPD (big sad on SPD) E0S1 with Pioneer and Salsotto.
ALSO! Erudition in SU works on her! Brain in a Vat will still instantly give her ult back.
Gepard is much comfier especially on the old SP :)

I got super lucky with my pulls, and managed to get e2s1. The current team I've been running with her has been Acheron, Bronya, Pela, and Gepard. Bronya is tuned to go just after acheron, which makes it easy to get 5 to 6 out stacks very fast. Sadly, I don’t have silver wolf or sparkle, but this team uas still been shredding through whatever I put in front of it
I’m using silver wolf and bronya with her at e2 and have not had any issues with ult uptime or skill points, it probably helps that both are 161 speed
I managed to save up 220 pulls for her and her lightcone. I got her in 20 pulls on the 60 pity I hard before. And I got her lightcone in 10 pulls. I cried tears of joy legit. I hope everyone else has great pulls!

Plan was to pull for E0 and S1. Ending was Lost 50/50 and Just pulled for the guaranteed. Unlucky. Great guide btw.
Won 50/50 so took a chance for LC and got it in 12 pulls! Really wanted GNSW but I'll take the saved jades! Will be running her with Kafka/BS for fun otherwise Pela/Gwen E6. Now I have extra jades so might go for Jingliu LC or Aventurine if he's good.
I have the Topaz Preservation LC but only S2. I might try fire MC. Anyway thanks for the guide
Oh my god so the burning preservation LC works, im gonna bust, that was the first thing i thought of as fire mc enjoyer so this makes me very happy that existence of acheron gives mc (and gepard) a reason to live again

I've got her to E1 and have her light cone. Using her with Black Swan, Pela and Gepard. Going to try her with fire Trailblazer. Saving for Adventurine now.

Idk how i feel about all the Pela glazing over SW. Trash mobs hardly ever need debuffing to guarantee the KO once her ult is popped. In the case of two bosses Acheron isn't at full strength until she's used her ult once, meaning she likely will use it twice to defeat both, and in that same time e0 SW let alone e1 SW can have both bosses def shredded for Acherons seconds ult. 0 cycle is unnecessary so long as you get 3 stars, and in the case of Ach / Welt / Sparkle / SW or Pela SW makes the team more universal since so long as the enemies have 2 of the elements (1 is fine as well, just less optimal) everyone is breaking toughness. ER / ER planar ornament / thief on Silverwolf makes her ult uptime crazy. SW is so underrated and makes it so that two targets have 60 def shred at all times when played correctly.
Using Pela technique can give you a stack at the start meaning you only need pela skill and burst aswell as the second nihility applying a debuff for her first turn ult.
Oh my god thanks Mihoyo we got 2nd Enabler after Kafka. If Kafka is DoT Enabler then She is Debuff Enabler. Now I can have 2 team DoT on my MoC team.
Himeko gives a knot by doing whatever she does(bc of applying burn trace) follow ups, q/e, burst, breaks, with some amount of ehr(of which i had minimal) everything procced the knot. I noticed that in pure fiction when i thought acherons breaking enemies could be useful for himeko since all the enemies had weaknessess to fire and lightning. with the pure fiction burst buff, my himeko(er rope), acheron(traces lvl 6, i got her yesterday, quantum set) , kafka(with sweaty lc, er rope), blade team and bad relics i managed to get 30k for the second half. the first half though was worse with 20k. i think if i were more clever with speed or energy regen stuff i could have done better but the synergy between it all felt unexplored.
Already got Acheron pulling for her sig now, wish ne luck!

Thank you for adding the eidelon comparisons and great guide as always! For pelas rotation, do we need her have a 2T ult? I remember hearing about this before acheron came out. Would we always basic with pela or would we need to skill here and there (have e6)?
2t ult is nice but not achievable with reso basic spam, so 3turn in that case. Dont need to skill either with reso since youd apply a debuff every turn on basic ^^
Lost my 50/50 on her but won it for her LC and she is so good. She helped me clear MoC11 for the first time and now I'm confident about MoC12.
I was planning on going E2 for her but I really need Sparkle for my DHIL and QQ teams. I'll pull overtime but I'm in no rush, he damage is absurd at this point.
First of all, great video it made me really understand how she works! I managed to get E2S1 and im running her with my fast Sparkle so she's on ATK% boots. Do eidolons matter regarding the question of elemental damage orb vs ATK% orb?
