Hi Kurt and Donald- this morning I made this using fresh mango puréed, gluten free flour since I'm on gluten free diet and added vanilla extract because I don't have mango extract. It turned out perfect and so delicious I almost ate half of the whole pan. I have to double the recipe next time to share with friends and family. I was also thinking that I can use the same recipe for blueberries and or strawberries. Many thanks for your hard work in creating this recipe and sharing with all of the viewers and subscribers 🙏
