Hello! Apir, not married, no kids living alone. Mejo magastos may sariling sasakyan pero convenient kasi dito tsaka mas matipid kasi pag nasa abroad. Uu, stressful ang traffic jan satin. I think it’s a good idea magpundar ng house muna (instead of buying car kung may ibang option naman), good investment yan! Good luck! Rooting for your retirement home! Balitaan moko nyan!
