Hi guys, welcome to my channel! My name is May and Im the person behind Cranky Crafter! This is a story of an introverted 45 years old living alone. My videos contain some of my thoughts about life in general, mostly base on my personal experience. It was nice and sunny in Melbourne one Saturday so I decided to repot my plants. Being out in the sun for the most part of the day left me really feel good but tired that the sleep on that night was amazing. Your bread looked delicious! I had been baking a few “basic” kind of breads before the pandemic, but when the pandemic hit, I kicked it up a notch and decided to learn how to bake things that took a bit more effort because it felt like such an indulgent at-home treat when they were done (babka, cinnamon rolls, pull-apart breads, sourdough, soft-baked pretzels, etc). They felt like fun little “projects” every Saturday morning and I would spend the week reading recipes and figuring out what to try next. My family is still happy that was one of my outlets / forms of self-care because they got to eat everything 😂. I’m also big on having PJs that you love and candles in the evening 😊. My crafts/hobbies change depending on what I feel like doing, but my current passion is watercolour and gouache painting, so watching online painting videos/lessons is something I really enjoy. (I also enjoy a lot of daily-living vlogs where people share their lives, meals and a bit about where they live; it’s so interesting to see the similarities and differences!)

I truly loved the video. I am currently 40 and recently ended a relationship. After years, of seeking partnership/commitment and never getting it. I have decided to go on a journey of self acceptance and self love so that I can stop seeking it outside of myself. I love that I came across your video. I am planning to focus on things that I love doing such as cooking, crafts, travel etc. and just focus on enjoying my own life overall. Thanks for your video.

It’s lovely that you found your partner in Christian that takes you as you are. I had found my “Christian “ 10 years ago and we had 8 wonderful years together until he passed away. I am only 59 and I don’t think I will ever find another Mark (that was his name ☺️) again. So enjoy every minute of your relationship even if it means travelling. Love your blogs ❤️❤️

Hi! Im sorry someone hit your car, I hope they find the person and youre able to get it fixed soon. I love those cat pajamas, sooo cute! Im 43 but for Christmas every year my mom still always gets me stuff with cats on it..tshirts, pajamas,socks..I love it all. I totally know how it is being an introvert. It can be lonely, but Id rather spend time by myself than with other people. I dont like loud noises or chaos, I prefer it quiet and calm as much as possible. Thank you for continuing to make these vlogs 🙂

There's so much noise in this world, that finding an island of peace and quiet (that's inside introverts) is a real treasure!

Ooooo the satisfying clean fridge!!!! I think this is the first time I've ever realized I could remove my shelves and wash them in the sink LOL. Lesson learned, thank you!! additional lesson learned here: reminded me to check on retirement funds on my end, and I appreciate that reminder. I'm entering my third year at this workplace, and its a great job I can retire with, and based on my (lesser) math skills, I can sort of determine that by the time I'm 60 and ready to retire, that account is going to be A-ok, and I'll be okay, too!! watching your vlog feels like hanging out with a friend who gives me reminders about important things that helps me stay on track and keep my life together. I thank you for that :) It's nearing autumn here - so that means its nearing springtime for you, right? And your summer will be during our winter? (I LOVE the yellow roses!
