Here's more teams (with 5-star & 4-star units) for clearing this 3.7 Abyss: th-cam.com/video/fRfQqlE6K_g/w-d-xo.html Note: For Flr 12-1 against the constructs, it seems you should specifically go for the left one (like what i did) since the left one is ranged while the middle and right ones are melee, which is why they approach you naturally that way. Thanks to those who noted that!
Looks like its the one with the lances/drills as "arms". It also looks like the same ordering in the video for both waves of it. Thanks to another comment for pointing out the design of which one.
I didn't see you in CONQuest, too bad. But it was fun seeing so many enthusiastic cosplayers who let me and my friends take a picture with them. It was the first time me and my friends attended an event like that. We were so self-conscious at first but before we know it we have been shamelessly asking people if it's OK if we can take a picture together lol.
In all fairness they're mostly hard when you have to fight different/ungrouped enemies before them, best that they're there from the start since they're so aggressive that they're practically always together. Makes resetting to fight them less taxing
to be honest this is not difficult, more like character check. You need an aoe units on the top while at the bottom you need specifically burgeon team to easy clear it.
After trying 127 times...to be precise....now its no more the matter of 50 primos....its more like self improvement...i got 35....will grind till last date for 36
You're a blessing for this community, Sevy. Not only you give us high quality content, but you always keep this possitive attitude. Thank you so much for everything you do 💞
I m quite ashamed to say it took 3 days (usually from 10 to 11 30 so around 5 hours) to find out a way to 36 stars But i don t have kazu or zong like everyone else so at least one point for me 😂
Thanks for the video, Sevy! Even as a seasoned Spiral Abyss fighter, this cycle got me scratching my head for optimal teams that aren't way out of my comfort zone.
Absolutely amazing! Even a gigawhale like Iwintolose had to admit defeat and wasn't able to clear with only 4 stars, but you did it!!!! Top gamer right here, congrats and thanks for the tips as always!
When he brought nahida on second half i turned off video, cuz with her it would be to easy on sec half, when u don't have her its kinda harder to came with proper team to not suffer a lot
OMG U HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VID. I thought you were also having trouble with this floor too that you couldn’t clear it either. Thank you so much for this vid. Putting so much trust in your 4 star characters must have been hard and tough to do. I can’t even clear this floor with kazuha or nahida. This is absolutely the hardest and most annoying Floor 12 we ever had. All hail Queen Sevy
It's better that way, since the player can easily change their units if they find the chamber pretty hard. If the hardest one was 12-3, most players would be raging since they'd have to do the floor all over again just to change their units.
@@devallen2942 at 3.6 abyss (12-1), I could easily beat those beasts thanks to raiden national (bcs raiden has super armor on her burst). But this 12-1, I'm forced to go with nahida national and it's a nightmare. Nahida being a catalyst character can easily get staggered + those constant freeze is dog shit
@@devallen2942 It's honestly hard to compare both since they are really different from each other, but I'd rate the first chamber a little higher (Second half to be specific) since the enemies at that chamber was new, and the fact that it really limits your entire team from building a team that can easily clear the abyss due to the shield breaking part. The only team so far that can easily clear this team easily is burgeon, which not a lot of people have since Burgeon is literally just Nilou bloom but harder; Electro can work, but it can barely do the job and you need to kill them as early as possible if you want to destroy their shields. Their abilities makes it worse, they really slow down your entire team, and they can freeze you as well. Chamber 3's hardest part is they hit VERY HARD, but it can be avoided if you calculate the movements, chamber 1 second half on the other hand has two three lectors that can freeze your character completely and massacre you to death if you make one small mistake, you'd also need to restart chamber 1 again entirely just if you fail to do the second half in time, much more painful than floor 3's worst part. I have no idea why they implemented this. I hated both personally, and I hope I never see this again in the next patch.
@@Halzion_ True having raiden on the 1st half is so easy but I played on 4 accounts with different characters. I had to reset plenty of times on floor 12-3 than 12-1. The only common characters that I had on those 4 account was Beidou and Nahida for 1st half, while the second half was just different variants of national team (switching ayato, childe, alhaitham, xingqui)
Burgeon made my life easier in the second half. My best run was 33 stars. And I don't plan on doing this run again until I get Kazuha. He'll help a lot
Sunfire Burgeon is a really good one to get through the second half. Jean,Nahida, Xingqiu, Bennett. I even managed to do it with Dendro Traveler. I sure Bizhu is another one that works too. Sunfire also provides quite a bit of healing to live through the damage that the team takes. An older team like Sunfire is still powerful today.
@@ViralwingX Wish i could try that but I skipped Nahida twice since I already have Tighnari. Kind of regretting it now. My Klee team can't handle this abyss 🤡
I wanna add something if anyone wants to use Tighnari on first half, its really crucial that you *dont* use his E at the hydro beast on 12-3-1, otherwise it will always go to the other side of the map! I personally used Tighnari Yae Fischl Nahida on first side, second side was Wanderer Bennett Xiangling Flex!
@@michaelhan2291 You should use Tighnari E on dendro one, other shouldnt be affected by the debuff at the first hit because otherwise it just swims across the map!
Sevy there's just one pretty important mistake (6:10): the Primal Construct that spawns at East attacks from more range and won't come close to you if you go West! While the one that spawns at West will come closer because it has less range than the others, so basically to group them properly you want to go East so that they will all come closer grouping in the same spot. Nice video
Thanks for the guide sevy! Personally, I can't even imagine doing this abyss with only my 4 stars. It's truly one of the hardest if not the hardest floor 12 of all time. Oh and I used a burgeon team for the second half and it went pretty smooth tbh especially against the baptist as I had all the counter elements.
For 12-3-1, instead of running to the wall, you can run to the right side of the crocodile so that when the tiger uses the dash attack, the crocodile will block it and the 2 beasts will stay close to each other so that you can use AOE attacks to damage both of them. This also prevents the crocodile from using its dash attack in which it will leap very far away and thus make it harder to group them.
Aggravate/Spread 1st half, Burgeon 2nd half and you shouldn't have too much bother. I used Diluc in my Burgeon team 2nd half and cleared each chamber with time to spare, not only his pyro application but being a claymore user helped pick away at the shields very effectively. Best of luck to those going for the 36*
So in second half, unironically, I think the original national team is actually really good. Chongyun fulfills your cryo needs, Xingqiu for big pp damage, Xiangling and Bennett for Pyro and even more damage. Bennett will help (somewhat) prevent the freezing issue during floor 1 2nd half. You can also swap Chongyun for a dendro unit (I used Baizhu and it went… fairly well. I got 9 stars with him anyway)
For anyone struggling on 12-1-2, try Sunfire Jean-Bennett-Xingqiu-Xiangling. Stack as much ER on Jean and Bennett (I use Fav on Jean and Sumeru craftable sword on Bennett). They can heal a lot and still do insane dmg and break shield. You just need good positioning to swirl Cryo from the Cryo shield to destroy the hydro shield. Even one burst from Xiangling can destroy all Cryo shields.
@@sucharitaMCK You only need proper artifacts for Xingqiu and Xiangling. Jean with VV of any kind will do (either full EM, full heal or dps) but make sure she has enough ER. Bennett with Noblesse/Instructor full HP and Healing Bonus will boost survivability (ER sands).
Thoma and Xingqiu shine on this abyss, especially on the baptist. Include one dendro per team to make it easier. Also, make sure you upgrade your Favonius weapons. Finally, it is better to 3-star the abyss per stage, not in a single run. My team first half: Raiden Nahida Kazuha Kuki My team second half: Bennett Thoma Xingqiu Alhaitham Still, kudos to another wonderful guide, Sevy.
Amazing guide as usual Sevy! I used mono pyro on first half (Kazuha - Zhongli - Xiangling - Bennett) and double hydro hyperbloom on second half (Nahida - Xingqiu - Yelan - Shinobu) bc I hate myself lmao. Got 34 stars and I'm satisfied, I'm not losing my sanity for 50 primos because I'm not a tryhard anymore. Tbh I wouldn't even mind Abyss getting hard if the rewards made up for it.
I'm so glad to see this video. You do such a nice job of explaining general tips to use and the enemy mechanics, they have helped me in the past and Im sure help thousands of others. I finally got 9 stars on floor 12 yesterday on my own, though I kept checking every day for your video! I found this cycle to be unreasonably unfair, hopefully hoyo learns from this one and stops simply overloading the player with BS, and instead tries to make an actual challenge. Anyway, thank you!
Sevy I wasn’t 100% sure this video was coming this time around but you pulled it off. Incredible. I managed to clear first half with whale team and second half with F2P 4 star team. (Collei National).
12-1-1 - the way to group the constructs, or rather to make them group themselves, is to go to the one with spikes. That one is ranged so it won't move much, while other two are melee and will follow you around.
Don't forget that her teams may comprise of 4* characters, but nearly all of them has full constellations (including Lisa), and her artifacts may very well practically 6* for how much damage they output. It's hard enough to make your main onfield DPS constantly do 20-25k damages all the time, be it 4 or 5*, yet all, ALL, of her sub-DPS, with no exceptions, can easily reach those numbers. You put those kinds of godly artifacts on a 5* team and I'm very willing to bet the 5* team will have a far more comfortable time margin.
I miss the floor 11 guide in this video, it really helped me a lot in the previous abyss. Hope there will be floor 11 run in future videos. Thanks for the guides though.
I did burgeon Kokomi second half (Koko, Xiangling, Nahida, and Layla) and I was finally able to clear abyss with one missing star after dozens upon dozens of retries 😅 i havent had such a hard time with abyss in about a year but I'll admit, i eventually grew to enjoy it. It gave me something to do, I've been trying different team comps to try and 36 star it and its been fun for me
YAOYAO SUPREMACY! I was able to beat this abyss with Fischl, Yaoyao, Kazuha, Keqing in the first half and Zhongli, Xingqiu, Nahida, Thoma in the second. I’m really glad I built Thoma since theres not a lot of burgeon comps but I’m even happier that Yaoyao exists bc I’ve been able to run aggravate comps much easier since her release. I was able to dodge the consecrated beasts a bit with Kazuha skill but honestly I was getting tossed but still managed to keep the team alive thank to Yaoyao. I was waiting for this video to see how you did it. Impressive and helpful as always!👍
also take note that the benediction of the abyss(the 1 of 3 buffs you choose per chamber) changes every daily reset if you don't like the buffs for the day. although you need to reset the whole floor to choose the buffs in 12-1.
This is the most annoying abyss that I ever play, I had to repeat all the chambers several times to get full stars. My teams: Raiden - Kazuha - Yae Miko - Baizhu / Nahida - Xingqiu - Xiangling - Bennett. Thanks for the guide!
I managed to 36 star it the other day after many attempts and all I can say is... Sevy, your knowledge has never been needed more for many people this time around 😂
Thank you very much for the guide! Team 1: Kazuha, Shogun, Nahida, Kokomi. Team 2: Qiqi, Bennett, Yanfei, Diona. Going to give it my first try, tonight!
Hyperbloom for first half and burgeon for second half did the trick. I did ALOT of reset, almost gave up but got the 36* finally 🙌🏻. Thanks for your guide !
I really want to watch your firsthand reaction when facing this ungodly abyss 😂 The horror of our faces when we realize there are not only two but FOUR Level 100 consecrated beasts
Thanks for the tip i was struggling to 3 star floor 12 chamber 3 and then after watching your video I realized i just needed to use Xiangling. After i used her I instantly got 3 stars lol. Her burst is so OP
This came right on time!! I cleared floor 9, 10, and 11 earlier today but decided to stop for a bit. Now I have a glimmer of hope to get at least 6 stars from floor 12.
A useful tip a guy posted on yt, it's about the Pattern of thunder manifestation. The electric oceanid aplys a mark on the character, that way it move around while attacking. If you know what attacks apply the mark, you can avoid It and let it stay on the same place during the battle. Some attacks can't be countered by bursting, so most of the time you need to dash.
my hatred for the abyss timer format continues and seemingly more people are waking up to it. Retry-ing for enemy RNG isnt fun man, and for what rewards? I wonder if the increasing push against this style of abyss will lead to any changes to it. Hope we get a domain style "tells you how long you took" timer instead of "beat the floor in 3min" timer we have now. we will see ig, they havent so far. ;-;
thanks to your tips for 12-3-1 and 12-1 I managed to 36 star it finally with like 30 seconds spare on using alhaitham, yelan, nahida and kuki with kazuha national on the 2nd half
i really was counting on you fo the floor 11 guide but you let me down :C this guides are always verry helpful, thanks for floor 12 tho (yes, im a dum dum and i need explaination)
There's one thing I can't accept. Cool downs when you reset the floor. 3 years and still they didn't solved that problem. I think it's the first time I lose my sanity doing the abyss since day one. I wish I could talk with them lol
took me maybe 3 days of trying in the end i got sort of comfortable with this abyss, just bring in the corresponding elements, dodge accordingly and have a lot of patience to reset over and over. my teams used were: 1st half: Beidou, Yae Miko, Xingqiu, Sucrose - relying only on xingqiu's small healing and beidou's shield to survive. 2nd half: Nahida, Yelan, Bennet, Yoimiya - first time actually using yoimiya in a burgeon team and it was a lot of fun!!
I think alot of people under estimate how much of an achievement this is. It puts me to shame that I was raging about this abyss so hard, while playing as a fucking leviathan with lots of C6s and R5s... Great job!
Hi Sevy, I think you can definitely use Nahida for these guides. Almost more than 97% players have Nahida. She's also the most owned limited 5-star in the game. Burgeon team should be the best for the second half. Pyro + Nahida + XingQiu + healer/shielder
I used beidou, fischl, yaoyao and kazuha. Nahida, xingqui, bennett and thoma second side and that 3 starred chambers 2 and 3. Beidous damage reduction and the fact shes best with 2 enemies really helps with 12-3-1 esp coupled with kazuha being able to jump out of the way of attacks. Gonna try the rev melt as its the second side thats struggling in 12-1 Just cleared 12-1 with nahida, ayato, kuki and sucrose. Then bennett, xianling, kazuha and kaeya. Freezing the herald made it much easier. Thanks for the tips Sevy.
What helped me with the hydro and cryo lecters was Bennett+Jean combo. The healing and cleansing provided by their bursts helped in not becoming popsicle and actually dishing out damage.
I was challenged to show "Nilou Relevance" on the current Spiral Abyss. I was able to 9-star Floor 12 on 2 runs as follows: First Run: NilouC1/DendroLumine/KokomiC6R5/NahidaC2 (all with 5-star weapons) for first half. YoimiyaC2/Yelan/Ayaka/Zhongli (all with 5-star weapons) for second half. Earned 8 stars, just missed one for 12-1. Second Run (just to get that last star): Ayaka/MonaC4/Shenhe/Kazuha (5-star weapons on all except Mona who had Thrilling Tales) for first half. Nilou team as above for second half. Cleared 12-1 in 2:55 for the final star. Mihoyo certainly went anti-Nilou for this Abyss as opposed to the last few.
For the constructs, I think when you are facing the normal way you spawn in, if you move to the construct on the left side, then the other 2 are melee and will move in. But idk the positioning of the second wave. So I suggest taking note of what the ranged one looks like and then figuring out which one that is in the second wave and stack on that one assuming its the same setup but they randomized where they are on their spawning line. But moving to the left construct on the first wave will always group them consistently. Staying sort of near the middle instead of the edge like I was doing from past abysses is a great idea though that i'm gonna steal.
If I only played the game casually, I don't think I would have had a chance of 36 starring this Abyss, even at AR60 with 800 active days. The only reason why I was able to get the 36 stars relatively easily is because I have an incredibly wide range of teams. I've been saving and pulling methodically for over a year and a half, so I was able to build a lot of useful characters for a lot of team combinations. But even with all of that, I struggled in clearing 12-1 and 12-3-1, which is absurd. Some of it has to do with skill issue and lack of familiarity with the chambers, but my investment in everyone is all pretty high because I've been building them for a long time, so it annoyed me to death to see my team's damage get invalidated by shields, absurd number of waves, unholy enemy combinations, and extremely aggressive and tanky enemies.
As of now my team selection is very limited. Raiden national and kuki hyperbloom are my only two good teams I always watch your guides before trying the abyss myself but since you were busy doing other work this time I did it on my own. For this abyss I had to use 3 different variations for each chamber 😢. For first chamber Raiden fischl lumine(dendro) venti Nahida national Second chamber Raiden yelan xiangling bennett Kuki xingqiu nahida kokomi Third chamber Raiden yelan dendro lumine zhongli Nahida national So basically the archons saved me this time. It took me a lot of tries too 100+
This wasn't to bad and I love the strategy needed sadly I had to change my Hu Tao's build but burgon Hu tao was so fun to play. Hyperbloom and national was my go to team for the first half.
I'm surprised that people say that the first chamber is the hardest. Yes, 12-1 is hard, but for me it's nowhere as hard as 12-3. My friend and I always get 36 stars, but this time we couldn't get it just because of 12-3
I used a FTP rainbow Razor team for 2nd half and managed to 36-star it. DMC, Xingqiu, C6 Bennet and full EM Razor with the event EM claymore. Lots of numbers, colors and fun :)
You made 12-1-2 look so easy, I know it took a lot of tries but for me is almost impossible to break those shields in time, even having good characters and weapons, it just me being bad, and I havent even tried 12-3 seriously... Been clearing full stars abyss for over a year(3.6 took A LOT of tries) but maybe is time for me to say goodbye to floor 12 :(
Nahida can passively destroy the hydro shields so you can focus the cryo shields and the reactions will proc her skill which eats the hydro shield, it is hard though and took me a lot of resets
@@deathmetalalchemist5861 Already tried, but I'm using Nahida in part 1 with a Nilou team, they give me a very good time for part 2 but is very frustrating that nothing seems to work, maybe if I get Kazuha, idk.
You know what we need? A art set that heals a portion of hp after bursting. If the heal is low enough not to outscale dedicated healers, it could stack up really good for each burst used in chain.
@@takimi_nada actually it's the opposite, you just focus on a burst team rotation, you'll have 4 burst damage happening while being healed a bit, it would help the eye frames/dodges. Maybe ER set with the 4th passive being the burst heals the team.
I also kinda noticed, that you can group beasts if you position yourself in a way, where crocodile is always between you and the cat. That way they don't spread around that much
I finally did it! 9-star floor 12 using the same continuous team. First half mono hydro (Yelan, XQ, Kazuha, Zhongli), second half Ayato burgeon - Ayato, Nahida, Bennett, Thoma. I think adding Thoma made a big difference in breaking down all the annoying shields.
The 3 heralds killed me so much. Even a full HP Zhongli shield broke like wet paper. I ended up putting an ER sands and Favonious Lance and spamming his meatball to CC them. Other members were Nahida, Thoma, Qingqu, burgeon which worked well on all second half chambers. Top chamber was typical Kazuha national which kicked butt. I actually wish I had a Dehya for the hyper armor against the Consecrated Beasts.
I 9starred floor 12. Used only 1 set of teams, and only 2 5stars, though I had to do reruns to top off energy: 1st half: Sucrose, Xingqiu, Fischl, Beidou 2nd half: Nahida, Xiangling, Bennett, Ayato Beidou destroys aoe content, especially when there's 2 enemies (12-3A). And her burst + Xingqiu's rainswords give you a massive amount of damage reduction that makes Beidou's c1 shield survive a surprising amount of damage. Take Sucrose (or Heizou works too) to level 90 for the swirl damage if you try this. It's not really suited for the 12-2A boss, but the boss is weak enough that it doesn't matter. Nahida was just there for hydro shields, and so she's technically replaceable but I think she's the best pick since you can tag all the lectors, then focus Melting the Cryo ones and then Nahida will off-field bloom the Hydro one every time you Melt on the Cryo ones without you needing to think about it. Ayato also is replaceable with Childe or Yelan, and maybe some other hydros if you get creative with how you build your team. Bennett is NOT c6 for me, but if you do activate it, it would help. Also, Sunfire Jean is a good option for specifically 12-1B. (But I don't have c6 Bennett and don't have best girl Jean... f2p curse) Super surprised no Xingqiu was used in Sevy's guide.
If you have Venti, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use Venti first half for chamber 1. He will make your run infinitely easier. Kazuha is good, but this half was MADE for Venti. Having him quickened my runs by basically a minute faster than a team w non grouping and about 10-20s faster than a Kazuha team. You'll honestly REALLY feel the difference with him in there instead of ANYONE else. Chamber 1 wasn't very stressful for me because of it
For the second half, I used Diona, Xiangling, Nahida, and Yelan. Diona for effective cryo shield and movement speed and healing, plus the burgeon trio for burning the damn shields from heralds quicker. This team works for all chambers. You can change the unit for corresponding elements.
@@acee.5517 What are you gonna do when Diona's shield breaks, or when her burst is on cooldown? Also Xingqiu and Yelan deal the same damage in a rotation, with Yelan only being better in double hydro sooo Also he just applies more hydro lol
@@oliviaaargh you must be one of those players who just press the button and let the game do itself, diona can utilize the sac bow keeping the shield up, unless your diona's garbage plus xinqiu doesnt ascend crit unlike yelan with skill enough to move around, using xinqiu's skill also freezes you so you must be loving the fact of not moving at all, xinqiu is weaker than yelan, maybe because you dont have her or you do but yours have garbage build lol
@@acee.5517 What are you talking about lmao Ok, ignoring your dumb first sentence and trying to understand you... I mean sure, you can keep your shield up with sac bow, that weapon is so irrelevant i forgot it existed 💀 Xingqiu doesn't ascend crit, but he needs less ER than Yelan = he can build more crit. Also Xingqiu's skill will never freeze you after 12-1, even then you can just mash spacebar and you're fine. Getting frozen because you're Xingqiu is better than dying because you're Yelan lmao No, Xingqiu is not weaker than Yelan. Him shredding Hydro Res and offering defensive utility + better hydro app immediately makes him better than Yelan (the only team where her hydro app is enough alone is Yoimiya teams, but Yoimiya this abyss is... 💀) I do have Yelan, and honestly I find myself using Xingqiu way more. Out of the two, I'd pick Xingqiu in any situation And no, my build is not garbage. I have her on Fav, Emblem, ~30k HP, 192% ER (which is enough since I play Funerational), 76/147, on HP/Hydro/CR. Even then, over a rotation, they deal almost the same damage, with one being VERY SLIGHTLY better than the other in some situations [and that's literally what every calc and test (that you can do yourself if they're at the same investment) says].
Hi, I used a Morgana variation on top with Venti, Ayato Ganyu and Diona, and below I used the Diluc " Retriburgeon" with Nahida, Yelan and Bennet, Yelan is great to use her skill and get out of trouble against the Heralds, I actually gave Yelan the Fav Bow to get her recharge and gave her Simulacra bow to Ganyu who was used mostly for the burst, Simulacra's passive works amazing on this role, Venti was build for DMG also using Skyward Harp since EM build would not be much of use, Diluc dropped the WGS and picked up the Mailed Flower and was using an EM sands for maximum burgeon DMG, Finally one Abyss where I didn't used National Raiden or Kazuha 😀
Here's more teams (with 5-star & 4-star units) for clearing this 3.7 Abyss: th-cam.com/video/fRfQqlE6K_g/w-d-xo.html
Note: For Flr 12-1 against the constructs, it seems you should specifically go for the left one (like what i did) since the left one is ranged while the middle and right ones are melee, which is why they approach you naturally that way. Thanks to those who noted that!
Looks like its the one with the lances/drills as "arms". It also looks like the same ordering in the video for both waves of it. Thanks to another comment for pointing out the design of which one.

Idk why but lately 12-1 keeps getting harder than 12-3
It's better that way, since the player can easily change their units if they find the chamber pretty hard. If the hardest one was 12-3, most players would be raging since they'd have to do the floor all over again just to change their units.
@@itsdomd0misticn00b7 was 12-1 really harder? imo it is just aoe/group and elemental shield break. 12-3 is more annoying due to the beasts.
He'll help a lot
same aggravate keqing 1st half and curry (burgeon with thoma, yaoyao, beidou, xingqiu, all the defensive utilitycame in clutch for first chamber)
Burgeon for the last floor is just amazing, depending on your pyro application and your dendro character it's also really good in 12-1-2.
@@ViralwingX i might try this to get better clear on chamber 1 healing plus the constant pyro should make lectors easier
I wanna add something if anyone wants to use Tighnari on first half, its really crucial that you *dont* use his E at the hydro beast on 12-3-1, otherwise it will always go to the other side of the map! I personally used Tighnari Yae Fischl Nahida on first side, second side was Wanderer Bennett Xiangling Flex!
wow, u must be good dodging those beast attack.
@@lunafreya4679 Ive been playing that team so much that i am used to dodging a lot LOL,
wait so I shouldn't use Tighnari e while the blue one is alive?
@@michaelhan2291 You should use Tighnari E on dendro one, other shouldnt be affected by the debuff at the first hit because otherwise it just swims across the map!
@@wiwiwowo1 Ohhh so it's related to debuff. I thought it was related to the taunt lmao. Thanks this should help
Wow you really just did a full 36 star run on the hardest abyss with 4 star characters. You’re the GOAT
Nice video
looking for this comment, for more info its the reshaper construct and you can recognise it from its black spikes
What are your jean's stats? I have her (C1) but never tried her in abyss
@@sucharitaMCK you dont need any stat other than er (and maybe some crit for fav). You just need to spam burst.
Or use nahida instead of jean, breaks hydro shield much faster
Funny how as soon as the new abyss dropped I got Jean from standard banner, I think hoyo was trying to tell me something
Thoma and Xingqiu shine on this abyss, especially on the baptist. Include one dendro per team to make it easier. Also, make sure you upgrade your Favonius weapons. Finally, it is better to 3-star the abyss per stage, not in a single run.
My team first half:
Raiden
Nahida
Kazuha
Kuki
My team second half:
Bennett
Thoma
Xingqiu
Alhaitham
Still, kudos to another wonderful guide, Sevy.
Tbh I wouldn't even mind Abyss getting hard if the rewards made up for it.
i used recommanded teams aswell but i can barely do 12-1 and even that with 0 stars
FINALLY I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR SO LONG
Sevy I wasn’t 100% sure this video was coming this time around but you pulled it off. Incredible. I managed to clear first half with whale team and second half with F2P 4 star team. (Collei National).
great vid as always. Aggravate Keqing and nahida national did the job for me this rotation.
Even tho I already cleared Max stars I was counting the days for you to drop the guide, love ya and ya guides ☺️💛
12-1-1 - the way to group the constructs, or rather to make them group themselves, is to go to the one with spikes. That one is ranged so it won't move much, while other two are melee and will follow you around.
Beidou>Lisa don't listen to migo
Balls
I'm working on my Beidou talents mr. jef. But serpent spine or fav?
Lisa > Beidou Madge
LMAOOO
THANK U SEVY ILY ALWAYS FOR THESE GUIDES!! this abyss cycle was so painful!!
It’s very amazing and humbling to see you do this with Lisa while others struggle with 5 star teams.
I enjoyed getting ramed by consecrated beasts last abbys soo much, im so happy hoyo gave us a sequel🙂
I honestly thought that this Abyss was so crazy that even Sevy couldn't make a guide for it. But behold, Sevy once again proving she's the queen🔥🔥🔥🔥.
I miss ur video a lot. Ty for coming back!
Oml I was thinking either you were on vacation, or just couldn’t beat this abyss with all 4 stars💀 glad you’re back sevy
This is what i need, thanks for the upload!
also take note that the benediction of the abyss(the 1 of 3 buffs you choose per chamber) changes every daily reset if you don't like the buffs for the day. although you need to reset the whole floor to choose the buffs in 12-1.
I've been waiting for this I needed your helpp
Great run sevy, you're the best at these guides, I hope to one day have my 4 stars that well invested
That went about as badly as it could. Ran out of time on the 2nd half of the 1st chamber :( I just can't seem to do enough damage.
I don't even play genshin anymore because of low storage but it's always a treat to watch sevy clear the abyss floors I didn't have the guts to try
tyyy. was waiting fr this one !
Hyperbloom for first half and burgeon for second half did the trick. I did ALOT of reset, almost gave up but got the 36* finally 🙌🏻. Thanks for your guide !
I really want to watch your firsthand reaction when facing this ungodly abyss 😂
The horror of our faces when we realize there are not only two but FOUR Level 100 consecrated beasts
So true. I was shocked when two more of them came.
first time here. high quality content. thanks! subscribed.
Thanks for the tip i was struggling to 3 star floor 12 chamber 3 and then after watching your video I realized i just needed to use Xiangling. After i used her I instantly got 3 stars lol. Her burst is so OP
My Yanfei was a star this abyss cycle. She led Dehya, Nahida, and Kokomi through the bottom floors
Been waiting for this! tyvm
Reliable as always, believe me you are the best sevy, thank you so much, god bless you!
even with only 4-star characters, and even if you said that you did a lot of restarts.. you make this abyss looks easy... 🤯
the positioning on the whopperflowers was so big brain. no time for them to go underground at all. amazing guide
This came right on time!! I cleared floor 9, 10, and 11 earlier today but decided to stop for a bit. Now I have a glimmer of hope to get at least 6 stars from floor 12.
you can get 3 of those in 12-2 meaning you just have to get 3 more between 1 and 3...
you are such a queen for this
A useful tip a guy posted on yt, it's about the Pattern of thunder manifestation. The electric oceanid aplys a mark on the character, that way it move around while attacking. If you know what attacks apply the mark, you can avoid It and let it stay on the same place during the battle. Some attacks can't be countered by bursting, so most of the time you need to dash.
This abyss took my will to live
I was about to become free to play cause I couldn't clear this as a dolphin at first. You deserve a nobel prize for doing this with 4 stars.
my hatred for the abyss timer format continues and seemingly more people are waking up to it. Retry-ing for enemy RNG isnt fun man, and for what rewards? I wonder if the increasing push against this style of abyss will lead to any changes to it. Hope we get a domain style "tells you how long you took" timer instead of "beat the floor in 3min" timer we have now. we will see ig, they havent so far. ;-;
thanks to your tips for 12-3-1 and 12-1 I managed to 36 star it finally with like 30 seconds spare on using alhaitham, yelan, nahida and kuki with kazuha national on the 2nd half
i have been waiting 😢 for this soo long 🙂 thank you 😅
i really was counting on you fo the floor 11 guide but you let me down :C this guides are always verry helpful, thanks for floor 12 tho (yes, im a dum dum and i need explaination)
There's one thing I can't accept. Cool downs when you reset the floor. 3 years and still they didn't solved that problem.
I think it's the first time I lose my sanity doing the abyss since day one.
I wish I could talk with them lol
I've been waiting for this
this video helped a lot.
You are such a pro Sevy!!! 😲
THANK GOD ITS BEEN SUCH A LONG WEEK WITHOUT UR GUIDE 😭
took me maybe 3 days of trying in the end i got sort of comfortable with this abyss, just bring in the corresponding elements, dodge accordingly and have a lot of patience to reset over and over. my teams used were:
1st half: Beidou, Yae Miko, Xingqiu, Sucrose - relying only on xingqiu's small healing and beidou's shield to survive.
I finally break through floor 12 now 3.7 is my first abyss all thanks to alhaithm and ganyu for carrying me
Doing all this with only 4 star character you are a monster who got my respect
I used beidou, fischl, yaoyao and kazuha. Nahida, xingqui, bennett and thoma second side and that 3 starred chambers 2 and 3. Beidous damage reduction and the fact shes best with 2 enemies really helps with 12-3-1 esp coupled with kazuha being able to jump out of the way of attacks. Gonna try the rev melt as its the second side thats struggling in 12-1
Just cleared 12-1 with nahida, ayato, kuki and sucrose.
I was able to 9-star Floor 12 on 2 runs as follows:
First Run: NilouC1/DendroLumine/KokomiC6R5/NahidaC2 (all with 5-star weapons) for first half.
The first thing when this frustrating abyss came out, I looked for ur guide first sevy...!!
Raiden national and kuki hyperbloom are my only two good teams
I always watch your guides before trying the abyss myself but since you were busy doing other work this time I did it on my own.
For this abyss I had to use 3 different variations for each chamber 😢.
For first chamber
Raiden fischl lumine(dendro) venti
Nahida national
Second chamber
Raiden yelan xiangling bennett
Kuki xingqiu nahida kokomi
Third chamber
Raiden yelan dendro lumine zhongli
Nahida national
So basically the archons saved me this time.
This Abyss by far is the hardest 😢
And then not do any damage :'D would probably be better to have a support weapon or character that can do that
@@takimi_nada actually it's the opposite, you just focus on a burst team rotation, you'll have 4 burst damage happening while being healed a bit, it would help the eye frames/dodges. Maybe ER set with the 4th passive being the burst heals the team.
@@takimi_nada Yet the idea is not to completely get rid of the healers, still would be better having 1 in the team.
Used only 1 set of teams, and only 2 5stars, though I had to do reruns to top off energy:
1st half: Sucrose, Xingqiu, Fischl, Beidou
2nd half: Nahida, Xiangling, Bennett, Ayato
Beidou destroys aoe content, especially when there's 2 enemies (12-3A).
(But I don't have c6 Bennett and don't have best girl Jean... f2p curse)
Super surprised no Xingqiu was used in Sevy's guide.
The playrbase always wanted a challnging Abyss...here it is. Looks fun like running barefoot on scattered Lego .😱
Chamber 1 wasn't very stressful for me because of it
Without Elegy for the end?
I haven't failed to 36* abyss in quite a long time, but this one had me going batshit insane. 34* was all I could manage with my sanity still intact.
For the second half, I used Diona, Xiangling, Nahida, and Yelan. Diona for effective cryo shield and movement speed and healing, plus the burgeon trio for burning the damn shields from heralds quicker. This team works for all chambers. You can change the unit for corresponding elements.
Why Yelan and not Xingqiu? He applies more hydro and protects you from the heralds way better than Yelan
@@oliviaaargh i already have diona, plus she does more dmg than xinqiu
@@acee.5517 What are you gonna do when Diona's shield breaks, or when her burst is on cooldown? Also Xingqiu and Yelan deal the same damage in a rotation, with Yelan only being better in double hydro sooo
Also he just applies more hydro lol
@@oliviaaargh you must be one of those players who just press the button and let the game do itself, diona can utilize the sac bow keeping the shield up, unless your diona's garbage plus xinqiu doesnt ascend crit unlike yelan with skill enough to move around, using xinqiu's skill also freezes you so you must be loving the fact of not moving at all, xinqiu is weaker than yelan, maybe because you dont have her or you do but yours have garbage build lol
@@acee.5517 What are you talking about lmao
Ok, ignoring your dumb first sentence and trying to understand you...
I mean sure, you can keep your shield up with sac bow, that weapon is so irrelevant i forgot it existed 💀
Xingqiu doesn't ascend crit, but he needs less ER than Yelan = he can build more crit. Also Xingqiu's skill will never freeze you after 12-1, even then you can just mash spacebar and you're fine. Getting frozen because you're Xingqiu is better than dying because you're Yelan lmao
No, Xingqiu is not weaker than Yelan. Him shredding Hydro Res and offering defensive utility + better hydro app immediately makes him better than Yelan (the only team where her hydro app is enough alone is Yoimiya teams, but Yoimiya this abyss is... 💀)
I do have Yelan, and honestly I find myself using Xingqiu way more. Out of the two, I'd pick Xingqiu in any situation
And no, my build is not garbage.
Sevy's back!
Hi, I used a Morgana variation on top with Venti, Ayato Ganyu and Diona, and below I used the Diluc " Retriburgeon" with Nahida, Yelan and Bennet, Yelan is great to use her skill and get out of trouble against the Heralds, I actually gave Yelan the Fav Bow to get her recharge and gave her Simulacra bow to Ganyu who was used mostly for the burst, Simulacra's passive works amazing on this role, Venti was build for DMG also using Skyward Harp since EM build would not be much of use, Diluc dropped the WGS and picked up the Mailed Flower and was using an EM sands for maximum burgeon DMG, Finally one Abyss where I didn't used National Raiden or Kazuha 😀
you made it look easy. great run!
WOOOOT.... Sevy's back. Genuinely glad she didnt completely abandon Genshin xD
