Dear friends, some exciting news and a song I had to sing in this space!
This is a solo version of my next single:
"An Irish Song".
It's the first example of what's to come from my fourth studio album (more details tba)
The studio version of the song will be released in the run up to our special National Concert Hall show on the 13th of September, tickets are available now via nah.ie
Special thanks to Bearfoot Productions for their help in creating this piece and to the NCH for allowing us access on the day.

I saw you in Clonakilty, supported by the marvelous Eve Clague. As the show went on your stature and your presence grew, until I could imagine you being a good friend of Cuchulainn, a man from round about where you come from.. When I was growing up Planxty and De Dannan started playing, what a bolt of electricity through the country, then The Bothy Band , we couldnt believe it, and then Moving Hearts, sountrack for a revolution. I feel the same buzz now with yourself and Lisa O'Neill, Of the Fir Bolg I suspect and Lankum, and the host of others who dont play: 'nice safe folk'. Youse are Beautiful, and may you still be doing your thing when your as old as Bob Dylan. Good on Yee
