I just saw your queso video. I'm in the suburbs of Atlanta, and some health food stores sell unpasturized milk "for pet consumption only" but it's really for people. They label it that way so they can sell it legally and people can choose to drink it or not -- at their own risk. I bought cows milk and goat milk when I was out that way and never had a problem. It was from a small, local organic farm and not mass produced. My sister bought direct from another small farm and it helped with 2 family members' eczema and asthma.

Does the bottom pastry get fully cooked? I would think that the cheese and the moisture from the eggs it would be soggy. Your turned out great and I’m going to try this when I have family visit. One dish wonder.
I have never heard of breakfast casseroles until I started following a few American and Canadian home cook pages and some Instagram homemakers. I’ve also never heard or nor seen packets of dried/precooked(?) sausage + bacon. It’s strange how different countries are with food products, even though essentially sharing similar cultures - I’m referring to my country - Australia and America Canada. In Australia we don’t have a lot of the packaged foods that you do. To make this, I’m guessing I’d have to cook up some sausages perhaps the night before and the same with the bacon. Would I remove the skin casing of the sausage or not (beef sausage). Most of our food would be fresh produce with only some coming from canned goods for this recipe. Thanks. I am keen to try this, using versions of what is available here.
