I was told by my husband that I will never be 100 percent after an illness I'm recovering from. Somehow I disappointed him by being ill and not perfect. It was sure a shot to the self esteem.

I am a 57 year old disabled female who used to compete NCAA volleyball and years of sand volleyball after. I was in a horrific car accident, and I am extremely limited to what I can physically do. You are an inspiration to me. I now do aquatic therapy, and I feel like a beast, lol. I push myself to do the best I can because of you. Thanks for being such a great influence! 😅

I got into competition powerlifting in college, it was the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done for myself. It’s a personal journey, i’m old now but for 58 i’m in amazing shape and still bench 275 without a warmup. At 24 I squatted 700lbs, people don’t mess with you when you’ve got mass like that.

U dont just inspire women u also inspire men as well. I am a 53 old man who has 7 back surgeries, and I still having g problems with my back, hips and my legs. I watch u and that makes me want to do so.e of the things u do. I dont want to hurt myself, but I trying to strengthen my body. Thanks to u I fell that I can do it all. Im a father. My daughter was born a year ago. Thank you for what you're doing. I hope to be her inspiration. If not, I'm glad there are great role models for her. Shes already fearless which makes me a bit nervous. Thats what little girls are for, I guess. My second daughter is 36 and she's my best friend. Yeah, I'm 56 but thats ok. They can take turns pushing my wheelchair when I finally decide to leave the fire department. Hopefully she will want to be a Firefighter. Im always in public talking about stepping forward and encouraging others.
