Did anyone have any objection to the side of the kadai with what appears like a plastic handle. Since we use dishwasher I see plastic handles generally crack and break. Just wanted to get your thought!

Sir, The kadai os really good. No doubt abt that. But iron content innthe kadai will not have any impact as it is stainless steel. Its the chromium oxide layer which gives the surface glaze in stainless steel.
