This makes you feel like the main character in a movie walking around on the busy streets of new york, being the badass you are, and it fading into a scene where people are like planning some cool stuff I LOVE THIS
I was wondering if you were going to cover dreamland when that came out last year. They've definitely dropped some heat since how will you know if you never try
I'm a kid of the 70's-80's. Finally something I find worth listening to in this world of new music. Original, great beat and a vibe that is totally trippy.
I was wondering how I got my self here ...but the video seems to be interesting ...well I was trying to search something else like Bitcoin investment ..I don't know I only type coin 😆😆

really really great chapsticked lips :: aka, when you're getting premium premium premium kitty ............. you'd do anything to keep getting it, to stay on top
From hearing this on alt nation last month. I’ve listened to it every day. Great song! And I Remember eleven words you said at the NY state fair, “ this might be the first time we’ve ever played at a fair!”
I heard this song for the first time last night and I've listened to it at least a dozen times since. Really like the vibe of this song! The music in the beginning reminds me a bit of the White Stripes. This is super funky and cool!
ITS NOT JUST ME THAT THINKS THIS??? a lot of their music gives me a weird unexplainable liminal vibe. maybe it's cuz their album covers are kinda liminal but I'm not sure
I confess this song was my first experience with the band, as I'm from another generation entirely, but a good friend my age, 60, just sent it to me tonight and it drew me in enough that I was even led to read the comments about it which I don't do very often. But I was drawn in by this song in a way I couldn't put my finger on and it led me to read the comments. Yes, really I'm 60 and that may or may not give me a good reason for not having heard of the band. But, as I said a friend just sent it to me tonight. I found myself very inexplicably drawn in some sort of an imperceptible way, to this music. Interesting, I started reading some of the comments and came across this comment thread talking about something called a "liminal vibe." At first I felt "even more old" because I had no idea what you were talking about, but then I decided just to look up what does liminal mean? It was pretty cool... I went through a bunch of descriptors of both synonyms and antonyms and it was cool, because it described exactly how the music grew on me.... It was in a barely perceptible way that it crept up on me. And that's what liminal means, something that happens, in between, in a barely perceptible way. Of course being a woman of words, I'm now hyper focusing on what Liminal Vibe means, so in my research of this concept, I came to discover the whole concept of people creating actual "Liminal Spaces" in order to have a certain kind of experience with that feeling. That seemed for a minute like another can of worms all together... until I started to think about the visual and perceptual aspects of the video and even how the music itself made me feel while looking at all of that. My brain is still trying to string all of that information somehow all together but I feel having that knowledge helps the video makes sense, and perhaps is why it grew on me so much. Leave it to me to analyze so much how I felt about it! I definitely like it and it will grow on me more and more. Time to hit replay!
This gets my vote for the best song played on the radio in 2022. Can't hear it enough on 99.3 Vancouver! Not sure if you don't live in their area you'd even hear this song. CFox rox!
COIN, the band going from "Stay cool, it's just a kiss"(Talk Too Much - 2017) to "I just wanna taste your Chapstick"(Chapstick - 2021). they were amazing 4 years ago, they'll be amazing 4 years later. KEEP GOING!! moral support from AZ, but you're too amazing to need moral support anyway ♥
aaand simple romance is one of my favs from them, also happens to be the first song I heard from them I think chapstick wins tho I'm so obsessed with it
I couldn't put my finger on it in the beginning, I couldn't figure out who this sounds like.. CAKE -" Your Never There". That got me hooked, then the rest of the song was Icing! Get it.. lol.. Two thumbs up!
Love this song so much. That being said, I can't help spend the entire video trying to figure out if the guy in the construction vest is the same guy from the Galantis Peanut Butter music video.
How is it possible that a band can have so many different types of music and be so good at all of them???
Hey

Songs like this one are why indie pop rock/alt rock is the best genre right now! The best songs feel both classic and brand new at the same time 🎶🎶🎶
I agree, in general I think genre-combos turn out better than most one-genre music, especially alternative rock/other genre mashups.

I agree. I CAN'T get enuf of it!!! Best summer '22 song.
