The ABAAS (Absolute Being Autonomous Analysis System) was a project to prove an existence of a deity, analyze its constitution if possible and recreate it. Decagrammaton itself however, was a vending machine that gained sentience, given someone asked it "who are you", and basically answered with Descartes' assertion - I think, therefore I am. The rest is correct.
Still hoping for you to react to Black Suit’s theme (theme 70). Unfortunately the only other themes that could be combined with it into one video you have already listened to (Theme 41 interface and theme 73 Interface hard arrange), so I no longer know what to recommend it alongside.
i would just recommend OST 119 (Blood-Stained Faith) along with it because it's also a theme song for another antagonist, with the same group as Black Suit.
I'd say Theme 122 (Underwater Jungle) would be a better pairing. It only ever plays when the situation's taken a turn for the worse, and Black Suit's group tends to be the focus whenever those situations occur. I think Theme 119 would pair much better with its precursor, Theme 118 (Agnus Dei), especially since that specific antagonist is so deeply intertwined with the particular set of students going against her.

For the next would be great to have the ones of the "0086 Opera with love Problem Solver", themes 187 and 198. 187 is one of those that "is a shame its too short" kinda theme, James Bond tyope of song really great.
