Wow!! I'm not an exerciser but due to many surgeries (bad accident) my body is weak n flabby. Financially can't afford a gym or trainer. I have researched many online videos like this n by far this trainer is the VERY BEST at direction n explanation of his knowledge!!! I've started walking n never thought to STRETCH before or after, duh!!!!! What a difference!! I will absolutely continue to follow here.

I have arthritis in my knees, but fave no problem doing squats. Don’t know how, but grateful that I tried, a once dreaded exercise is now a favorite. My knees are improving. I’m blessed! Don’t give up.

I love the design of your videos. They are clean with no "image noises". Clean videos let us focuses on the right concepts: your body and the needed movements to improve viewers' bodies. No bright colours and other noises to distract the viewers. I hate videos with unnecessary images. Thanks!

Thank you- finally found your channel that helps me in exactly what I need, addresses the issues I am going through with my PT- and you explain even better than my PT does! What you are teaching me is that I need to be mindful throughout circuit- as I am not mindful enough or I am just mindful for the first few reps. Your stairs video! Wow! Who knew i wasn't climbing or descending the right way? So much of our twinges are self inflicted and worse, unintentional from bad form/habit. So, again, thank you.

This great thank you! I've had 2 meniscus tears each in both knees over the last 2 years & have lost a lot of confidence in being able to build strength in them - this gives me some hope.

I believe this is the only channel about training that let us start at the level, I won't say 50%, but probably not far from, actually are. Because of 1. We just haven't felt the need to train, and isn't it boring? Then suddenly the body tells us this is the time to start, or I will give you hell.
    2. After a long period of time, when life of any reason stopped us from most forms of exercise, maybe even from walking.
    3. Especially when being eldery, but also younger people, that needs to come back after an injury, when you feel the exercises your physio terapeut recommends you is too hard and doing worse instead of good.
    4. The one we are ashamed of, and then is hindering us from doing what we need most; exercise for loosing weight.
To enter a gym or training classes when you are overweight or obese, and having such difficulties to do the exercises, maybe overdo yourself and getting joint pains and inflammated muscles, trying to follow the program, take more guts than most of us have.
    5. When getting older and want to prevent loosing your mobility, but feel that gym and training classes isn't "your thing".
This is EXACTLY what we need, when we can do efficient exercises without hurting ourselves, or feel like the fatso everybody stares at, silently laughing.
I know from experience that coming to a place to exercise or do weight lifting, looking like you shouldn't be able to carry your own bag is tough, not fun at all. But then showing you have mobility, balance and strength to carry not only that stuffed bag of yours, you can carry yourself, despite the 20-30-40-50* or more kilograms extra, that's better. Much better.
THANK YOU FOR THIS CHANNEL, where we can start from ZERO, and build up our bodies to have balance, strength and if not agility, so at least mobility, AND the SELF-CONFIDENCE that follows!
You are really filling up a giant gap here.

How come you wear trainers with pointy toes? Why not wear zero drop foot shaped shoes, then you set a great example for that lesson all about spreading toes. Can't do that unless you wear barefoot style shoes. More likely to get sore knees with those pointy toed shoes...unless you want pointy toes

So thankful to have you as a friend cum health instructor, I love the way of you talking, I know your advice are for the correct posture n mobility while working out or day to day life
But I want to ask for one another thing and that is the proper exercise video with timer (which shows us which exercise we have to do n for how much time duration in beginner, intermediate or advance level) to shape n strengthen our body which target our each n every body part individually
Consider it as a fan's advice plzzzz
I hope you will consider my suggestion if possible
    Best of luck buddy

when I push my pelvis forward coming up, my knees go way forward too. AH HA, you come UP first then at the end push your pelvis. (I have linux so I can edit my comment.
(Delete this with strikeout - >I dont see that in you. Please comment.)
My limiting factors are the beginning of knee pain (in front) and lack of muscle, cant control going lower, would have to fall.

Hey your channel is such a blessing but I'd just pray that you read my comment 🙏 .... 👇
I'm an obese 30+ fairly active working woman under a guided diet and exercise program since the last one year with improved flexibility and there rarely is a move that I can't do , until it comes to Lunges (in any moderation).. I'm pretty good at squats, can lift weights too, but just can't fold the knee and go down deep enough and even when I do I can't stand back up without losing balance... I have developed an ankle bone spur and thats one of the reasons making me loose balance.. Please Help
