Thanks for the video man. Was looking deeply into some South african content on the car and some input as well I'm trying to avoid a 6R polo gti and these seem bullet proof and strangely more reliable than the model after. I think I'm going to bite the bullet...

Hey Nova, Yes these engines are great if you do regular maintenance. Try avoid the DSG if possible as it can cost a loot in repairs if it goes sour however that day I had some great fun with it. I think I like the OPC Corsa more however with owning one there can be way to many problems in comparison to VW. Besides the 1.8T in this car has loads of potential for tuning, drives great and even pulls out my BMW 320i 2011 stock standard. The BMW is only an NA 2l but still its a polo haha, nothing like having a beating from a polo wen your driving the BM lol. not the best feeling.
