0:20 traditionstatisticianabstitionconstitution? got it.
pretty much init
🤣🤣🤣💀
Sounds like he had a wee partaking of the devils lettuce before the review
I'm catching 78% of what he's saying...he's missing words or I'm going fookng deaf
TheKie1978
I was wondering if he was half welsh, or something.... I understand a sentence, then the next sentence he mumbles a couple words takes a deep breath and inflects differently, then I understand the next sentence....
Why not 80 ?
0:57 that sticker shouldn't be looking like that on a premium bike like Ducati...
Good spot, shoddy stickering right there
It's more than likely a pre-producation model. I doubt customers will get bikes finished like that, but yeah it looks sloppy.
Cielo To Seems to be a production model though, since 797's have arrived already at dealerships over here in Italy 2- 3 weeks ago. They'd most certainly send a production model to a test like this in these circumstances
That's definitely not a sticker, it's thermally bonded to the seat cover
I'd argue that mistakes like that are less likely to happen in pre-production models. Misplaced stickers happen after the sticker guy has done a thousand of them and he's not paying as close attention. In pre-production it's the first time he's done it so he's being more careful.
He sounds like “there’s two things you need to know, #1 I’m the king and #2 is LOOK OUT MAN!” IYKYK
I'd like to see a shootout of 2 cylinder middleweight nakeds. The 2017 Ducati Monster 797, 2017 FZ-07, and 2017 SV 650.
This guy is nearly impossible to understand.
Mike Hedrick tell me you are a Caucasian and can't understand his accent
avinash francis I don't think it was his accent he was referring to it's more his stutter, which is a little harsh as although it does tend to make his sentence sound a little garbled it's still more than understandable. I guess we are so used to hearing presenters being highly polished and articulate that we are surprised when we hear one that's slightly different... some might have to listen slightly more intently but it's not a bad thing !
zippy441 yeah ... you are right
Stop complaining the guys doing his best and it’s actually a good comprehensive review.
WTF does being Caucasian have to do with it?
This bike has nothing on 796 in my opinion. I don't even mind the resin tank with plastic covers since changing colors is made so easy by that. Those air intakes wouldn't be possible on a metal tank anyways.
796 > 797 (that looks wrong...)
I still feel the 821 was the perfect Monster... More perfect than the 1200... Sadly they are shutting down the 821 and bring 797... Very sad
Rutvij Sonawane ? You sure in the US I see the 797+ as the entry monster and then the 821
I like 797👍
I rather buy used especially the way the design of the monster is turning every new year model
I just posted a video of my new 797 with the Termignoni exhaust if you're interested! Night and day difference over the stock system. Bring headphones or proper speakers though! ;)
Is this a lot smaller than be 2015 monster 821? I'm a big guy and don't want to look small riding a monster
it's like a 695 back again.
Really difficult to understand what this guy is saying initially. Maybe he was a bit nervous, it got much better in the end.
Street Triple S 765 may be much better proposing than 797
I think it's a step down in term of looks and specs from 796, gone is the one sided swingarm, liquid cooled engine, twin under seat exhaust, and the damn trellis frame looks so untidy now, with stupid looking short fat muffler
796 was also air-cooled, a plus in my book.
Robert Kwolek yea just checked and its my mistake, previous engine packed tidier gave me that illusion
Allah Turbo what's with your TH-cam name?
Idrees M why izzit cool
Buy a gently used old model (preferably with Termi pipes already installed and an ECU flash) it's honestly a better bike in all dimensions. Take the few thousand you saved and put it in your retirement account. Future you will thank you for it and current you will also thank you for it, also.
Nice bike. Now bring back the dry clutch
what language is this?
Are those jeans waterproof?
I am not native so I never fully understand :) but what is the fuss with the price. More expensive yes, but not so much. Ducati is always more expensive than japanese bikes, but they are setting the trend, they risk and innovate and I can appreciate that. In Czech Republic I will pay roughly $7000 for MT07 $8000 for XSR 700 and $9000 for 797 and for example Moto Guzzi Stone is $9500.
Maintenance is the real issue.
where can i find your arai helmet design?
cant find it
Why you talking so fast?? 😳 chill dude. Couldn’t do more than a minute
Personally I could here every word he said. But as for the bike.. noo way is it worth it
Like it, can we have a 1200cc air cooled please 😃
What?
i will never sell y M1100, just luv the engine too much ;)
Not worth the price!
i know that road like the back of my hand -
Not even close to old 696/796/1100
you are right, its far beyond them.
Vincent79Vega for sure...in marketing department;) lol with perfectly cut corners to help with revenue. I don't mind btw, whatever it takes to get Ducati Corsa back on MotoGP podium
Monster 796: 87 hp, 58 ft/lbs torque, 373 lbs dry (ABS model)
Monster 797: 75 hp, 50.8 ft/lbs, 386 lbs dry
How is it "far beyond"? The 797 is heavier, less hp, less torque and arguably uglier than the 796.
How many horsepower he say ????????
Nice bike, but yellow spring is a nice faux pas... sure to fool some newbs.
"air cooled", has "soul". no electronics to flake apart and fill you with remorse. *sounds* appealing...
Except I can't remember the last time any electronics flaked apart.
Tricia's styling
I'm definitely not a fan of this model.
And again in English pls
so its a more expensive sv650. no thanks
This guy has trouble speaking so why have him be the guy talking about the bike.
C’mon folks... he’s speaking perfect English English... Watch some EPL footy 😻⚽️... get acquainted with Brit accents 😂
Mate I'm Irish and can understand all English accents perfect but this guy is mumbling his words.
WTF are you saying??
Too expensive for what it is.
Hello Xerodex when you say to expensive what bike wou;d you say is a fair price for that money and is a 959 panigale priced ok thanx
You can get a Street Triple for that price easily and it's a better bike.
wow that street triple RS looks and sounds good didn't think anything could break my 959 panigale train of thought i was wrong
I think the Street Triple 765 R model is much better for the streets. And it's more affordable as well.
Very difficult to understand what he says. It’s like he’s switching gears mid-sentence where he just switches subjects and changes speeds or something.
Haha :)) Scrambler engine.
What's so funny about that?
This guy can't talk at all. Maybe rehearse before shooting?
No single sided swing arm, boooooo
La moto de ma chérie 3
Mexican?
Sorry, but if you let all this "italian emotional thing" BS aside, there is no reason AT ALL why this bike costs 2 grand more than an SV650 really....and the SV will be more realiable...
Now that you finished with this Japanese reliability and cheap BS, Ok, Ducati has more torque at lower rpm which means over 30% more at will. Ducati has much much much better brembo brakes as oppose to those crappy axially mounted nissin brakes on Suzuki. Ducati's build quality paint and finish is top class, Suzuki is made out of cheap plastic. Ducati has better usd suspension vs sv650's ancient telescopic fork. 797 is air-cooled therefore lower maintenance. Ducati is an overall better bike and more fun to ride and full of character.
scrambler engine :puke:
What kind of English is this!!
Ugliest Ducati in years lol
Endless move graduate rescue divorce dismiss conversation technical through protein gang recommend.
Torideitsreallynicemonster. Alsowhatsnuceabiurthusbikeis. Stop joining words.
Impossible to understand this guy... drunk english...
Can any one understand this mumbling, fast talking nervous goon? Babbling away like a nerd school boy at show and tell. Negro please.
What?
