HI! Good question but best to ask your doctor.
Does it do shiatsu on calf or only on feet?
it can do on both as you can adjust the massager flat or on an angle. When its flat, you can put you calfs in the shiatsu massage zone.
I'm stuck between either this or renpho. The renpho is half the price. I was just wondering if you would know if it would be worth the extra money or if the renpho good enough?
I’m needing an entire ankle squeezer
I recommend trying a air compression sleeve. It would need to be the more premium versions as you need a good amount of pressure for entire ankle compression

I use this on my ankles after tilting up and resting my heels on the little raised pads.. find the discount and try it. It’s so easy to return things now but we are both so happy with it!

Hi Dorothy, that's the secret sauce that makes the machine work better than others! It squeezes and massages
That's the best part, believe me! You can adjust the amount of pressure as well, if you wish.
You have valid concerns if you've ever suffered a broken bone in that area. It's honestly scary how forceful it is at first, but for those with very tense feet, that's the point. I would definitely say wearing socks is a must for that reason. And if it ever gets too rough you can always turn it off. All in all, I'd say that adds to the quality of the product with the added assurance that a single session will get the job done.
