@SidsTips Actually, it is the same model. I'd just checked in my Amazon "Your Orders" account, and it shows the same photo with the same 4.6 star rating with 1,257 reviews. On the box, there's a (Y II) in a blue background. The two is the Roman numeral on the box, but on the user manual, it has Y2. So yes, they are the same model.

It may seem like your foot can’t fit but it can I have a size 13 and when I put it in it has the rollers in the middle/ on the heel

Just bought one and had it delivered. The company is closed today but we realized that even after plugging it in and pushing start it doesn't start. Did you have to charge it first? Sorry to bother you thanks for the help
No, there is not charging you need to do. You may have a defective one. Try another outlet.
Damn. I wanted to get this because it said up to size 13. I'm pretty much that.
I have size 12 feet and am puzzled. The company says it fits up to 13 but the reviewer has 11.5 feet and thinks even 12 might be a tight fit. 🤔 I don’t want to feel like my toes are scrunched cup against the front of the unit. I guess I’ll pass.
I decided to buy it and my feet fit into it fine.
My feet are 12 wide. And fits my foot perfectly! And with a little extra space. So far great product!

How do I work the remote, can’t get the back off
If you're referring to getting to the battery on the remote controller should be a door on the side of the remote control not the whole back that you take off so maybe you can explain a little further that would be helpful.
Seems like it should have rubber feet to stay in place more.

I bought this massager and was very disappointed, it seems that this massager is for women's feet. My foot size is 9.5, and the roller from the massager barely reaches the heel, and when it starts working, I feel a lot of discomfort in the heel area. Think carefully before buying this massager.
