Just got mine today...it feels so good, I have Plantar Faciitis and my feet kills me upon sitting or laying down. I also have a weak ankle from years and years of injuries. I have used it 3 times today, and my feet feels great!!!!
@@DireReplay You can use it as long as you want, really. The timer shuts it down at 15 minutes, but start it again and again if you want. Personally, the shiatsu rollers are super comfortable for the first 15 minutes, then are a little too much for me. I do 15 more minutes with compression only. It's NICE!
"The highest setting doesn't hurt". My first time in the machine I went straight to the highest thinking I needed it because my feet were sore from running and immediately starting yelling in pain 😂😂. Definitely needed to build up to it. Awesome machine!

This to me is the best massager for the feet. Thanks for the thorough how-to video. The only thing that concerns me is the EMF radiation readings I’m getting from this device. My EMF gauge goes to max whenever it’s on. I’d suggest to the manufacturer to create an EMF shield for this device in the future. I did find a solution to counter this. I ordered from Amazon an EMF shielding fabric (78” X 43”) that I can custom cut to lay over the massager. I’ll let you know if the EMF numbers are down after I test it. By the way, EMF radiation is supposed to be very bad for us, so I’m not using the massager until I get the EMF cloth shield.
Your EMF readings are very interesting! I do know with most electric motors it's common for EMF to 'leak' because of the size of the magnets used to move the motors (M is for MAGNETIC in EMF). But completely agree about safety - a shielding fabric wouldn't hurt. Let us know which one you used. Thanks!

I don't think it goes all the way around, but you should be able to 'wiggle it' while holding the release to get it back into place. Honestly, if it's around the front where you put your feet, it might be time to call customer support. They are AWESOME and will replace it if it's broken for a full year.

Yes! All units - ours and the ones we gifted - are still fully operational as of 7/15/2022. As a matter of fact, I’m using one right now! The wife is giving me ‘stink eye’ so I’m sadly going to need to let her use it soon 😎
Question...before I buy this I am looking for something to compress or squeeze my ankles. That is where fluid collects on me. This looks like it does that but with shipping costs to return it...I want to be sure
Great question Jackie! Really depends on the size of your feet, and how high up you need it to squeeze. Remember, you can use the “kickstand” to reposition Cloud Massage to work on your lower calves, which should cover your ankles too. I think you’ll be pleased! We've heard others say that. Wish there was a more adjustable setting. Not gonna lie, it's my favorite part of this machine, but guessing my calves are a little smaller than most.
😆 I did the arm and hand massage thing but I had it all on high and it was grinding my elbows so bad I couldn't pull my arms out, I had to scream for my husband to turn off the machine. But yes it does massage your hands and arms very well. if you turn your plans in between the compression it will compress them.
I found one of these at the goodwill. Nice machine, but it should stick to the 'customized experience' until we change it. Bad programming idea to reset each 15 minutes.

"We won't make it right, so we'll make it more expensive and a tiny bit easier." Hi Barbara! We have been using this every day since last October and not experienced any pain. Pain is usually your body signaling that something‘s wrong. You should probably not use it until you speak with your doctor. Have you spoken with a doctor about this?
Unfortunately, the information in this video is incorrect. I purchased this massager because per the chart you show in your video, a flashing green has no compression. I didn't want compression because I got a fracture many years ago because of a foot massager that had compression. I've been afraid of food massagers ever since until this video. Because of this video, I purchased the massager directly from Cloud. All modes include compression and there was no swaying. I sent them this video to justify my request for a refund. If not for the compression I would have kept it because the rollers felt wonderful.
Oh no! The chart came from the Cloud Massage website, so I hope they review this. So sorry it didn’t work out for you. The rollers do feel sooo good! I wonder if there is an appropriate way to modify the unit so the compression does not occur. Maybe the airbags could be permanently deflated? I hope they will offer a fair solution.
Have to agree. It's kinda weird having to manually reset when you want an extension since it's all the way by your feet. But - Cloud Massage does a great job at what it's supposed to do!

One more thing, magnets don’t emit EMF radiation. It’s different from the harmful Electro-Magnetic Frequency.

When you did the calves it's not a tight as mine. My compression is to tight no matter the setting. It's just too tight that it hurts 😫 😪

Super easy! It's located on the bottom and smartly positioned so it does not occlude the "kickstand."
Mine heat doesn’t turn off. So annoying. I really hate heat under my feet.
