It's videos like these with great sword characters that really just enforce my desire to see Halo campaigns with Sword warriors and UNSC troops taking the fight to the Banished across the galaxy. A man can dream. As a side note it would also be really cool if we started seeing a lot more hybrid tech. A Sword Falcon or UNSC Plasma cannon as examples. Either way Great vid as always.

Yeah for most of them you can hand wave them off as being inspired by aquatic creatures, but the Carrack-class, there's literally no excuse for it to look like that besides what you're probably thinking. I mean, if you look at the thing from the bottom, they even made all the little hull details look more like THAT.

i appreciate the worldbuilding that came with the Vestige pattern ships, but the actual designs beyond the blockade runner just don't work for me. i still very much prefer the classic Covenant designs, especially in the superheavy flagship category. the Brigantine just does not work and is just ugly as hell. i'd take a CAS any day.
