Get after it Nick yeaaaa. I remember when I wore a head cam for an easy jog once and I got robbed for the headcam and my shoes and they called me a fool for wearing it but it’s gone now so I won’t be wearing it again but I got new shoes so I’m always careful now when I go out running with my shoes

Bro you told us that you work about 100 hours a week and i know you're aiming to get a sub 2:20 marathon but don't you think it would be highly beneficial for your own marathon time if you had more free time. I mean it already is almost impossible to sleep 8 hours a day when you work 100 hours. People often forget the most obvious things are the most important things for recovery and progress.
