Great property! Excellent tour! Too many real estate folks get too artsy and forget to actually show the property. This is a good video to teach younger brokers with. No unfocused close-up of an orchid with pretty music behind it. It's nice to see a pro do her work correctly. "Just show the gd house, Larry. There's no oscars for real estate walk throughs" 😂😂
I agree, very well presented. I (not expecting to) really loved the layout/ambiance of this little home; perfect for we two 60+ seniors to downsize to. I was focused on the home the entire time without once being distracted by any awkwardness.

No, this area is monthly rentals only. Weekly rentals are mainly in Marathon and Key Colony area. This home currently serves as primary residence.
