@kathifailor4660 🤷🏻♂️ I don't know, but if you can afford this, spending $50k to add a pool is like buying a candy bar. You won't even think twice about it. You're paying to have a private beach and a huge buffer zone of privacy, & close to a major city and worldwide hub airport.

With hurricanes, house is worthless!
The main house is reported to be 10' above water level (I'm assuming high tide), and the house is made of concrete block. The house will stand, the gardens might take a hit.
@deedeehenderson A hurricane might change the whole layout of the land in the house. Might be in the water after a hurricane. The house will be standing but will there be a beach left? Who knows 🤣
