    I’ve been diagnosed with tendinosis in the infraspinatus and supraspinatus. I have popping. I’ve been told that tendinosis does cause popping and I’ve heard no it’s not normal that something else is causing the popping

      Popping is a symptom that can mean a lot of different things. Sometimes it can be related to tendon issues, sometimes not!
      Because of how many things it could be related to I would definitely recommend working with a healthcare professional that you trust in the rehab world to help you figure out what specifically is causing the popping!

    I got a big lump on my Achilles tendon, and I can barely walk it hurts so bad!!
