I can understand why fit healthy strong bodies are celebrated. But what I don't get is why we celebrate someone and compliment them for just how much they're BONES show. The more it looks like you haven't eaten....the more attractive. And if you look well fed...and have some body fat covering your skeleton...that is wrong. There is a sick obsession with bones showing particularly when it comes to women. Men are allowed to be fit and strong...but women must be frail and fragile and look like they haven't eaten in months in order to be celebrated and desired. Very strange.
