I dont own any Apple products (specifically because of the crap they do) but I applaud you for what you do in fixing Apple gear (it keeps things out of landfill, it means people dont have to pay lots of money to buy new hardware, it means people can get their data back in situations where they might not have been able to otherwise and it makes Apple angry).
I also like that you sell supplies of hard-to-find (but commonly fried/broken) chips on your website (and its a pitty so many of those chips just can't be bought at any price because Apple are greedy and dont want these things fixed, they want you to buy a shiny new expensive device instead)
Well I can finally say that i'm glad that I watch these videos, I bought 8 scrap laptops last night for $174 including shipping and then found out today now that they are shipping that there is a chance that there will be some Macbooks in the lot. I have zero experience with apple products since all of my work is done on Windows machines and from watching your videos it's apparent that Macbooks need board repairs nearly every single time, I have no hot air rework station and no experience with replacing chips but at least I know that I can hopefully source any board chips that I might need from your store and from watching you work I have a general idea of how chips should be replaced and how to check for which chip is actually causing the problem so thank you for doing these videos.

I can not answer ringing phones. Mainly because as a kid we'd have this friend of my stepdad call and if you picked up you'd be stuck for literally hours of talking with no opportunity to politely end the call. So I quickly learned to not pick up phones if I wanted to retain my sanity that day.

I found a great "fix" for those 2011 15" MBPs. It's a way to disable GPU switching permanently, locking it into integrated graphics. The GPU failed on my 2011 last year, ran through this "fix" and it's now still running along happily as my wife's "new" laptop :) Not prefect but it's better than trashing it, and the wife's more than happy with it.

Hey louis, its my request to you to make a tutorial about various internal connectors and tell how to plug & unplug them. This small tutorial would be very helpful for us to disassemble our laptop (without breaking it) for cleaning / repasting purpose.
I wish I had seen this video like 3 hours ago. I helped a friend replace the hard drive on, you guessed it, the 2011 15 inch macbook pro. No problems at all though.
