Amazing lap! Those rev matched downshifts were top notch. I bought an 08 last year and it's amazing how high this little car can punch above its class. I have a 1.5 way diff, tires, nismo exhaust and a nismo short throw- other than that its bone stock. Going to install long tube headers, some decent suspension, intakes and finally get it tuned soon!
How is it? We own a 2006 Boxster S (bone stock) and it's a fantastic car for the price these days but still wouldn't imagine taking it on track. I wouldn't feel so bad about running a 350Z HR out there though with some tasteful mods (keeping cats because I live in CA). I'd be happy with about 280whp and some RPF-1s and a swaybar + track pads and high temp fluid. I don't think you can beat that package for under $12k total.

Stock Brembos and DS 2500 back then. DIY cooling ducts but blowing air on the face of the rotor, so probably not much effective
Any information on the specs of that Cayman? At least an S right? Seemed like he had a decent bit of straight line advantage.
