G2 had to end it before zywoo woke up. Zywoo got it going and punished them when it mattered the most. Incredible performance by vitality a great comeback.

Not even that much of a comeback team bro, but there is one sole leader on the team apex every other player is as quite as a shy mf talking to a girl, which is why they clicked so well, not to mention the fact that their aim is nuts.
He is always a key player. Was for Astralis as well. There is a reason he has won so many majors and was an mvp. One of the best rifles and I would say top spray control in the game.

Hooxi had a massive chance in that 1v2 turning into a 1v1 against flamez. I can’t imagine being under that much pressure but he couldn’t have played it any worse. He could have re positioned after the kill in market, just hid to play time, held the cross from market window instead. Imo just don’t show yourself and keep the man guessing at least until he taps the bomb. That could have ended a 16-12 victory for G2 right there. Also the remaining rounds and over time I think all come down to how tilted he was from that. I don’t know if they should have Hunter come in and IGL after a tilt that big but you could see G2 completely disjointed I don’t think I saw one exec. They had 3 more rounds could gamble execs on a hard hit on either site and have a decent chance but they played slow for picks in a disjointed fashion the rest of the map without even proper util usage. Hooxi did a really good job calling up Until that clutch, but he didn’t have it mentally to compete with apex afterwards. Gg2 and Wp vitality. Definitely would believe It was a grand final if you didn’t read the title of the video

You know its bad when jks and monesy cant even get the same amount of kills as one of the kovac cousins on a 34 round map. Hooxi lost the 1v2, yes. But the loss isnt just his fault. Justin savage and monesy just extremely underperformed and monesy lost most of the direct fights against zywoo. The kovacs did great. Hunter definitely deserves a raise
yeah its sad Jks has looked really off colour in this whole tournament and tbh today was prolly monesy's best game of this event he has been missing a lot of shots but even his best today was one of the worst bcoz he has set such high standards already
I haven't seen Monesy perform well against a top 3 awper (Device, Zywoo, Simple) in his time at G2. He hasn't always performed poorly, but that seems to be the clear hurdle right now for him. A) Playing on-par with those 3, and B) Taking over a game. I'm not sure you can expect JKS to do a lot more either. He's ultimately there as their fifth best player, just hold down a site.

As a G2 fan you do your best to avoid disappointment and heart attacks. After a big win like Cologne you set expectations low so you dont get hurt by the G2 rollercoaster. You expect them to lose to 9INE. They win. You expect them to lose to VP. They win. You expect them to lose to Vitality. They get one round away from beating them, and in that moment, you get a glimpse of belief that maybe, just maybe, they might actually win. That's when you know you've been tricked like a fool. That's when G2 pulls the rug out under you, loses 7 rounds straight, and you get sent to depression once more. I love being a G2 fan. 😌 Even with the choke, that was some insanely fun CS to watch. yeah monesy just keeps disappointing tbh. cologne was great and everything before was kinda meh. i really think that insanely flashy playstyle is hurting him rn as he just doesnt hit easy shots sometimes. hes still young and he will be one we will talk about for years to come but rn he was a big reason they lost that 3rd map

Monesy and JKS get scared when they play vitality. They honestly lose balls against this team for some reason. I'm a big G2 fan but they shyed away and gave up through frustration at the end.
Hooxies mistake was that he didn't shot flamez right to the end. Flamez didn't look at his direction at the moment but hooxi didn't believe himself and tried to retreat. That was painful but I'am glad that Vitality are in the finals
Agree. Hooxi made a BUNCH of errors that cost a few rounds. Easy rounds where he should've won, but made bad decisions. Round 27 if he only played bomb he would've taken that round...

Hands down the best game of 2023 so far anyone who argues it is out of their mind! There were atleast 15 insane moments, you could literally make a 9/10 fragmovie just from this match, it went all 3 maps with overtime, everyone was activated at some point, vitality just don’t have a weak link, magiskk literally has had his best form he ever had even better than in astralis, back then people were just way worse, magisk was def the mvp, and go back and watch vitality’s games magisks kills are the sharpest u can possibly see.
Faze vs vitality can’t remember the tournament but if you search vitality 1-14 comeback vs Faze you’ll find it. Idk if it’s best game but a 1-14 comeback just doesn’t happen in top tier cs anymore and it was another example of vitality being one of the most clutch teams when they’re about to lose.

HooXi actually played that 1v2 good. Kill the 1st player and try to shoulder peek to get info where the 2nd one would be and play off of that info. It was just that flameZ was too good and hit all the shots.
hooxi did only one mistake he got the info on the short guy by peeking once but then he peeked a second time and peeked even wider than before which gave the short guy enough time to kill him
Hooxi knew flameZ was short because of zywoo boost. Hooxi should have picked up the awp that dropped at his feet after his kitchen kill. AWP is heavily favored from kitchen vs short B mirage

When you wait long enough the Woo eventually shows up 😂 Magisk and Hunter are underappreciated in their respective teams because of guys like Spinx, flameZ, and Niko but all they do is perform.
Whose choke was is exactly? Both Hunter and NiKo were exceptional? Or is it maybe M0nesy with "slightly" below average performnce that led us to this? AWP players have insane impact if they are playing well on Mirage and M0nesy missed so many crucial shots. On other hand, Zywoo really activated in the photo finish and when I say that, I mean that he blossomed, so it seems like more active team in the end won the 3rd map. I will be the first one to laugh at G2 when they obviously choke and make stupid moves, but they genuinely played really well. Unfortunetely for them, because you can't expect HooXi to frag well, all other players have to be constantly on the level in order to compete against best teams, so don't blame the team, but the individuals. That's not something that we are doing because we like to show off anger at them, but because they have responsibility and when they all fail to deliver it is pretty comical, but not this time, not now.
@@dance1415honestly, something I noticed from G2 is that whenever they get advantage, they akmost always just keep extending and trying to get more instead of regrouping and keeping the advantage. They get traded, lose the advantage they worked hard for, and then it goes back to 50/50 for the round. The excellent utility usage of vitality on Inferno (specially CT side) reminds me of Old unbeatable Astralis on Inferno. Perhaps that's the Zonic Magic?

For the record he does know where flameZ are but it is either he knew flameZ was going to rotate to the kitchen or continue where ZywOo died. But you know flameZ was fast and knew exactly where HooXi's position so he wide peek that door like everyone else did. That was HooXi fault though, I know that someone either NiKo or the whole team said that "hide" the second he exchanges frag with flameZ. Well that was a heartbreak bro. I was clapping and shouting GG in my room until I saw HooXi re-peeking that door.
Key thing to consider: by that point he was in kitchen, bomb wasnt planted for him, he did know flameZ was coming from cat, he didnt know if he had kit or not, if he stays in kitchen and flameZ runs and taps bomb he'll have trouble peeking out of his spot there. He probably wanted to delay as much as possible but peeked too widely. Made a mistake by trying to tuck back in when he shouldve just kept spraying.
they didnt lose that round because of hooxi, he almost made the clutch play. m0nesy was lurking with an awp when its teammates were on the other site of the map, not only that his lurking was pointless af 0 impact, and niko overextended, everytime he has to do a clutch play 1vs5 he takes the whole motherfucking time in the world, now that they are 15-12 with the bomb planted he decides to throw the worst possible nade making as much noise as possible against 2 guys in front of him, guess what happens? he dies leaving the weakest player in terms of firepower alone, he did all that shit Instead of holding the angle with the ak. Hooxi almost wins the match, because at that point he was the only player using his damn brain.

he needs to change his playstyle a bit on mirage A site on CT side he keeps playing shadow/default every fckin time doesnt play sandwich doesnt play ninja doesnt reposition much even against VP, the other day he was struggling to hold B site vertigo bcoz against 9ine he kept playing behind that metal pillar time & again so when they played vertigo against VP he decided to not play behind that metal pillar as VP were aware of that so jks couldnt find any plan B and hunter kept struggling to hold site with him they kept dying while aggressing on ramp

to be honnest, anubis was a huge throw from him. He called only fast rounds in T side, and they lost them all. He refused to take a time out to think it out and continued to force them into fast rounds, which lost them the game really quick. I would definitely not say he was performing best in terms of IGL

2nd map flamez was absent….monesy and jks fell flat on mirage….hunter was struggling on the first map….zywoo struggled in the 1st half of mirage…but we can agree Niko is so fucking consistent…there is no one who can entry frag with those godly stats
Vitality is playing lights out counter strike. Never would have seen apex as an IGL (I remember entry frag apex) but it really seems like he’s fulfilling his IGL arc. Of course the individuals of vitality all doing their part as well. G2 just didn’t have performances from JKS on a map he should historically be really good at and fell victim to the woo.
What a round but c'mon now HooXi, you could just hide in the kitchen then peek and re-peek when hes defusing. That round was a heartbreak, just one mistake and it was over. Jks really gotten cold but hes the main anchor in A and doesn't need to rotate since huNter and NiKo are the main rotator. You know its bad when jks and monesy cant even get the same amount of kills as one of the kovac cousins on a 34 round map. Hooxi lost the 1v2, yes. But the loss isnt just his fault. Justin savage and monesy just extremely underperformed and monesy lost most of the direct fights against zywoo. The kovacs did great. Hunter definitely deserves a raise

I haven't seen Monesy perform well against a top 3 awper (Device, Zywoo, Simple) in his time at G2. He hasn't always performed poorly, but that seems to be the clear hurdle right now for him. A) Playing on-par with those 3, and B) Taking over a game.
I'm not sure you can expect JKS to do a lot more either. He's ultimately there as their fifth best player, just hold down a site.

As a G2 fan you do your best to avoid disappointment and heart attacks. After a big win like Cologne you set expectations low so you dont get hurt by the G2 rollercoaster.
You expect them to lose to 9INE. They win. You expect them to lose to VP. They win. You expect them to lose to Vitality. They get one round away from beating them, and in that moment, you get a glimpse of belief that maybe, just maybe, they might actually win.
That's when you know you've been tricked like a fool. That's when G2 pulls the rug out under you, loses 7 rounds straight, and you get sent to depression once more.

Monesy and JKS get scared when they play vitality. They honestly lose balls against this team for some reason. I'm a big G2 fan but they shyed away and gave up through frustration at the end.
Hooxies mistake was that he didn't shot flamez right to the end. Flamez didn't look at his direction at the moment but hooxi didn't believe himself and tried to retreat. That was painful but I'am glad that Vitality are in the finals

Hands down the best game of 2023 so far anyone who argues it is out of their mind! There were atleast 15 insane moments, you could literally make a 9/10 fragmovie just from this match, it went all 3 maps with overtime, everyone was activated at some point, vitality just don’t have a weak link, magiskk literally has had his best form he ever had even better than in astralis, back then people were just way worse, magisk was def the mvp, and go back and watch vitality’s games magisks kills are the sharpest u can possibly see.

Faze vs vitality can’t remember the tournament but if you search vitality 1-14 comeback vs Faze you’ll find it. Idk if it’s best game but a 1-14 comeback just doesn’t happen in top tier cs anymore and it was another example of vitality being one of the most clutch teams when they’re about to lose.

HooXi actually played that 1v2 good. Kill the 1st player and try to shoulder peek to get info where the 2nd one would be and play off of that info. It was just that flameZ was too good and hit all the shots.

AWP players have insane impact if they are playing well on Mirage and M0nesy missed so many crucial shots. On other hand, Zywoo really activated in the photo finish and when I say that, I mean that he blossomed, so it seems like more active team in the end won the 3rd map.
I will be the first one to laugh at G2 when they obviously choke and make stupid moves, but they genuinely played really well. Unfortunetely for them, because you can't expect HooXi to frag well, all other players have to be constantly on the level in order to compete against best teams, so don't blame the team, but the individuals. That's not something that we are doing because we like to show off anger at them, but because they have responsibility and when they all fail to deliver it is pretty comical, but not this time, not now.

They get traded, lose the advantage they worked hard for, and then it goes back to 50/50 for the round.

For the record he does know where flameZ are but it is either he knew flameZ was going to rotate to the kitchen or continue where ZywOo died. But you know flameZ was fast and knew exactly where HooXi's position so he wide peek that door like everyone else did. That was HooXi fault though, I know that someone either NiKo or the whole team said that "hide" the second he exchanges frag with flameZ. Well that was a heartbreak bro. I was clapping and shouting GG in my room until I saw HooXi re-peeking that door.
Key thing to consider: by that point he was in kitchen, bomb wasnt planted for him, he did know flameZ was coming from cat, he didnt know if he had kit or not, if he stays in kitchen and flameZ runs and taps bomb he'll have trouble peeking out of his spot there. He probably wanted to delay as much as possible but peeked too widely. Made a mistake by trying to tuck back in when he shouldve just kept spraying.

What a round but c'mon now HooXi, you could just hide in the kitchen then peek and re-peek when hes defusing. That round was a heartbreak, just one mistake and it was over. Jks really gotten cold but hes the main anchor in A and doesn't need to rotate since huNter and NiKo are the main rotator. Man I was excited then boom what a suprise still didn't expect much since I already know this will be a tournament between Vitality and ENCE. GG's I won't deny, that was a MASSIVE CHOKE.
