    Doc Li is awesome!
    I started my nutritional journey some years ago to help me fight disease, changed for the better already after just some months. I do consume all foods mentioned here BUT oysters! No seafood or fish for me, maybe I would eat seaweed and algae but fish, no way, after what we have done to our oceans, filled with plastic and toxins. Same goes for cheap meat and dairy products, poor animals pumped with God knows what, besides heavy antibiotics.

    Here we are in 2021...interesting find...by the looks of the drive lines at local restaurants, " zero to 1 " having fruit, veggies, on the menu...you would in the times we are in, even with COVID, vegans, people who are sensitive, gluten-free, and battling allergies; you can't even find a restaurant offering " green tea ", either cold, or steaming hot...my son mentioned, a local Chinese restaurant...yes; but not everybody wants to park the car and sit at a table...just wanted to bring this up to Dr . Li; I've been following him faithfully ...🙏🙏🙏

    I've followed everything per my primary care physician; and the CDC, lemon Lysol and microban; masks, hand sanitizer, social distancing; my son and myself quarantined last dec.15, both of us ..COVID 19 positive...this last month, I battled 2x stomach virus, and was COVID 19 2x negative ...

    Primary care physician recommends daily, pro-biotic pill plus 8oz.yougurt...i added 8oz.of blueberries, and 1 sliced kiwi...

    Dr. Li I am allergic to nuts macadamian, peanuts, sunflower seeds, walnuts etc cannot have them gets hives, headaches also with salmon and soy. I am lactose intolerance as well. Any suggestions for substitute!!

      there are no allergies..what you have is a very low immunity very low..resistance in your body..have more nutrition.and prepare your own foods get away of milk and sugar and any fast food. get well Dr. Alcala ....take care.

      Sometimres skin allergy can be due to too much refined sugar in diet.that body cells becomes insulin resistant..it is a metabolic problem.. U can try intermittent fasting.go on a low carb plant based diet, eat low glycemic food or fruits plenty of veggies..avoid wheat, dairy and refined sugar..drink 8L of water especially spring water if it is available..make sure u hv good bacteria or probiotics in ur gut..u r not what u eat but what u absorbed. Eat more fermented food like sauerkraut, kimchi, tempeh, towfoo or bean curds , kefir, yoghurt, kombocha, sourdough sprouted bread or pancake. Try to.eliminate food that caused allergy for a while..after that slowly introduce one by one into your diet ..i hope this works for you because my skin problem dissappeared..Shalom. God Bless.

      Try soaking your nuts and seeds . Make sure your soy is organic. Make sure your salmon is not farm raised. Read labels ! Stay away from processed foods.

    One needs to find a good source of broccoli seeds because almost all seeds are contaminated with mold, viruses, and bacteria.

      i been growing sprouts for years , never had mold
      if a seed are contaminated you would see mold growing as soon as you stard adding moisture .
