the game was one of the best, sadly doesn't have the same replayability as skyrim, because its always the same character and I remembered everything about the game,unlike skyrim weirdly
That feeling when you get to Skellige for the first time and you're supposed to meet Yennefer, so you go to Kaer Trolde, but for a moment you ride up on the cliffs to admire the view. And you reflect on your witcher life and you miss Ciri. You have a shadow of hope that maybe she'll be here, but you know she won't. And you think about how much you've had to go through and how much is yet to come to find her. And you rejoice and dread meeting Yen at the same time. Compared to Novigrad, Skellige is so beautiful and peaceful. You look at the white hares around you, take another big gulp of fresh sea air, and head off to meet your destiny. That's the moment when you first hear this music. Gives me chills everytime.
It took me about an hour or two to get into it...After that i can safely say it: this is the BEST rpg game i've ever played in my life and in my current 35 years of age i 'v e played A LOT!
Sometimes I just want to escape to Witcher's world (or Elder Scrolls world), because how magical and mysterius it is, hunt and explore previous civilation's ruins and structures, travel between Northern realms and Niflgaard.
This game is just perfect, the atmosphere, the universe the world of Sapkowski's The Witcher, the characters, the music, the gameplay, the adventure, the emotions...CD projekt is the boss the best in the industry and can't wait their next game Cyberpunk 2077

This music is great.....I couldn’t find it on the OST. Am I missing it in there? The OST is great, but its missing some tracks. The sound of that organ bathed in reverb is exquisite!!! So well mixed, the low end really comes through on good headphones.

Fields of Ard skellig This organ track All of the music played when you’re in outer novigrad And the crazy thing is it’s some of the best in the whole game, I think they didn’t include it because it’s more ambient music than what’s on the actual OST
I dunno, a PS4 slim runs this game like a champ and only costs $199. The slims run very quietly. Not a peep out of mine. Sure, a PC has better graphics always, but you have to sit at a friggin desk, use a keyboard & mouse, and stare at a monitor. Feels like work to me. This game was meant to be played on a massive screen. I don’t have 4K yet, because I spent a ton on a 90” LCD about 5 years ago. This game looks incredible on it though. Got a huge sound system, 7 speaker surround with dual woofers. Likewise I can screen mirror to my bedroom and play in bed on a 50” screen. A lot of really late nights playing this game until the Mrs wakes up at 4am, “You’re STILL playing???”

As a fan of The Witcher, I couldn't agree more. This world, the tale it tells... That's what I call a MASTERPIECE.
Not my number one, but definitely in the top 3.
For me skyrim wins on atmosphere and music. But for graphics. Detail and immersion witcher is top. Combat also. But overall. I rate skyrim just top.

Play Gothic 1 and 2 with Dlc „The night of the raven“. Witcher is on third place after this two underrated Masterpieces

i keep playing dakr souls 3 over and over again. i really have to go back to this game but my ps4 fan sounds like itll blow up everytime i run this.
