how can you replace a leaking shutoff valve in that box without cutting a hole in the drywall underneath? Are there larger boxes with an access panel below the valves? Thank you for your excellent channel.
Thanks for the video. Quick question, the ends of the pvc trap are different. One end has a sharper bend than the other. Which end of the trap do you put the sandpipe? Thanks for your time
First of all the stud plate is not the floor, How high from the floor to what part of the sanitary T shall there be a minimum of 6 inches. Be specific please
Get a real washer box with hammer arrestors… this is what a handyman who doesn’t know any better would do… no way you’re a plumber, yet playing pretend
Hurr duh durrr duh durrr "no way you're a real plumber". Sir you probably live in north carolina and got your license by signing a paper at the courthouse. Here we go to school for years and have strict code. Thanks for your input!
Good video! Quoting the codes and explaining the whys of the codes is very helpful.
Best video I've found on this topic. Just about to plumb mine. Thanks!!!

So here’s my question. I want to add a second washing machine can I just put a Y on the standpipe?
I like to drill Through my drain pipe to allow the copper water lines to pass too.
Thanks, mine is overflowing and I needed those min/max figures
There's usually a laundry tub next to the washing machine. Does that need to run separately?

Listen you can’t fool me we know Omaha doesn’t even have in door plumbing yet….
Bottom plate touching the concrete supposed to be green treated. Do you think drywall crew is going to like how you did your stud guards?
You are using a homeowner washer box with no hammer arrestors and no stud guard at vent blocking ( support) everything else looks fine…
Well presented. Thx.
No cleanout?
In Omaha they only require clean outs at the bottom of the stack 30”-48” off floor
UPC code is slightly different. You should mention what code your state has adopted.

Finished floor to waste inlet of the tee is 6-18”
