I was really lucky. I saw kiwis twice in three days, and one of those times was during the day. The track is muddy, which is slightly inconvenient, but just the chance of spoting a wild kiwi makes it worth visiting. I hope your kids also get to see kiwis.

1일차는 괜찮았는데 2일차부터는 지옥이었습니다
20여년 뉴질랜드에서 모든 Great Walks와 여러 산들을 다녔지만, 키위를 직접 본적은 없는데, 재미있네요.
너무 신기한경험이였습니다. 라키우라트레킹은 조금 실망하였지만 야생키위를 만난것만으로 모든게 커버되었습니다. 트랙내내 친구랑 둘이서 귀를 쫑긋세우고 두리번두리번 거리면서 다녔네요. 저희가 운이 좋았던것 같습니다.
