Anson Engine Museum, Poynton, England

Open day tour of some of the vast number of historical, vintage and classic engines on display of various power types - diesel, steam and gas. Many of whom were working, together with a huge model display of the historic Poynton area.
"Facinating and unique" this Museum and its artifacts are in the stunning Cheshire Peak District and is one of leading spcialist museums in the United Kingdom.

Go there to see an engine producing 1000 hp from 1 cylinder -whenever they can get it rebuilt that is!
