Pork tenderloin with sweet and sour sauce - Easy and delicious Chinese recipe

    Ingredients :
    1 pork tenderloin (500g)
    1 spring onion
    2 carrots
    Ginger
    To marinate the meat:
    1 teaspoon of salt
    Pepper
    1 tablespoon cooking alcohol (Shaoxing Alcohol)
    For the donut batter:
    150g cornstarch
    100ml of water (Adjust the quantity, the dough should be slightly liquid)
    For the sweet and sour sauce
    30cl of water
    30g salty soy sauce
    30g white rice vinegar
    40g of sugar
