    You’ve got to season your Blackstone just like an old cast-iron pan. Get some actual real lard on it and turn it up till it smoking. Then shut it off and let it cool. I’ve been doing hashbrowns and eggs on mine forever. The only time I ever have to re-season it is if I screw up And let something burn pretty bad.

      @Bumblingdesertdweller I think that's where ours is at. I think we need to strip it down and re-season it unfortunately.

      @@VictorVlogsPDX make sure you get one of those pumice stones. I thought it was a gimmick until I saw how fast and easy it works.
