First off I want to say I literally just finished editing the 2nd half of this video I was doing this all day because I promised it would be done today and forgive me I wanted to be more creative but I procrastinated on this for too long and felt like i needed to upload this ASAP so if there are any flaws forgive me. Usually I wouldn’t upload a video when I just finish it too polish and maybe think of better scenes and dialogue but oh well..

He says that no dream is worth suffering for because, well, think about it: how many people out there have gone through the so much to try to solve their problems and reach their goals and dreams only to fall short in the end.
You’re right, if you don’t ever try, you’ll never know what could have been, but look at Kenny, he wanted to see Yuri again, and he wanted to be free.
He even said having to constantly fight until you die, “can you even call that living”?
He’s got a point. Working so hard for so long, wasting your youthful energy and time to achieve a long term goal that, for all you know, may feel lackluster.
Plenty of people have gone through so much to make something work, only to realize in the end, they could’ve settled for less and be just as happy and comfortable.
How many hard working people have ended up in not so great spots, getting paid less than they should and not giving gratitude or even the slightest amount of respect for what they have done?
Kenny, while obviously isn’t talking about everyone, has a point. Trudging on through life only to finally be “stable” in life after many years of work may only ever work out for so many people.
The statistics end up with a few unlucky people. Nothing is a given or a certainty in life, but what Kenny is trying to say is, why bother with such high goals, when in the end you could end up dying with no legacy, or at least accomplishment in your life?
I believe God put us on this earth for a reason, but how many of those reasons require us chasing certain things that won’t matter in the end goal? What if your purpose is to save lives as a firefighter? Well hey, simple enough.
What if it was to be a public speaker? Well imagine if you didn’t realize it till later in life, and you wanted your time with trying to make others happy rather than making sure you did was simply right, regardless of you trying to “impress” someone?
Why live to impress people who overall don’t know how your life will actually impact others someday.
Kenny sought out his own goals, and never cared too much about what society thought of him, unless he knew it would be of importance in the end.
One of the reasons he joined the Military Police in the end was because he knew they were in the know. He knew many people he killed ended up dying without doing much or ever truly living life or knowing the truth.
Basically, Kenny didn’t want to live blindly. He wanted to be in the know. Who cares if you’re rich off of a business when in the end you spent most of your time behind a desk.
Unless you truly loved it and knew the intricate things, well then you could’ve done something else that made you happier. He probably wanted people to be fulfilled and stand out.
Fire Nation Soldier a anime world and reality are two separate things my guy you do have a point but at the end of the day humanity isn’t fighting titans 😂

The Marleans then beat the titans, and the eldians, and put the behind the walls in Marley. King Fritz took a group of Eldians over to Paradis, and build the walls and started a new society.

My thought is that Erwin wasn’t afraid of dying, but was in dilemma. Erwin had to pick between his selfish desire to find what was hidden in the basement or sacrifice his dream and go ahead with the plan that would benefit mankind. Erwin probably knew it wouldn’t matter what choice he picked, but still he was conflicted. Thus he needed someone to tell him what to do, when Levi tells Erwin to “give up on his dream and die” , Erwin says thank you, which relieves him of his responsibility to choose and follows Levi’s order.
i don’t know if it was as much of not afraid of dying rather than the guilt of he kept living. he saw that the chances of survival were pretty much zero and remembered all of those who he sacrificed to get to that point. he couldn’t decide if he should become one of them. it also speaks on the main thing he told levi in the no regrets ova. he told him he should keep move forward because stopping to regret will cause him to die. if erwin had to choose, he would have chosen life and then regretted it. this also speaks to the relationship between levi and erwin. levi had always put his complete trust in erwin and when the time came when erwin most needed council levi was there to make the decision.
I think the basement thing wasn’t selfish because most of them wanted to see what’s in there and it was one step for humanity
Wait wasn't Erwin's whole "mission" to prove his father right. Since the MP's killed his father because of his conspiracy when Erwin was young. So Erwin wanted to prove his fathers belief?

Personally, majority of his fans are fans because he acknowledged his own faults and grew from it. His character development is great, even tho the meat of it has yet to be animated. What we got at during s3 pt2 is vastly different from s1 eren.

The Japanese and English voice actor for Erwin should be awarded for their performance this season!!!
English voice actor is John Michael Tatum. He is always nothing but brilliant. He also dubed Rintarou Okabe from Seins Gate. I admire him greatly, the way he can express himself with such finesse and project authority is astounding.

It took Kenny until his death, to actually show he cared about Levi. Just imagine how it felt for Levi in that moment, living his whole life thinking he hated him, only to find out the one he hated was his uncle who cared about him.

And the anime left it out I think, but in the manga theres a scene where they show Kenny saying that Levi was his pride and joy even though he never told him. Don’t overlook Kenny’s huge role in molding Levi to be able to take care of himself in the slums he also saved Levi from dying when he was on the brink of starvation Kenny is not an affectionate person but he truly cared for Levi people who have endured pain or rough environments usually aren’t affectionate just like Levi he cares for people but they perceive him to be cold and ruthless when in reality he just doesn’t show affection due to having to keep your emotions in check because that’s how he survived in the slums usually the most affectionate are perceived as weak people especially in a rough environment.
@@chickennuggets4295 correction he did say Levi was his pride and joy not directly to Levi but he did state that I mean that's his nephew only reason he abandoned him was because he had taught him how to survive in the slums and I assume kenny didn't want Levi following his outlaw ways.

That made me realize how Eren is the literal incarnation of Attack Titan. Everyone blamed the world for being cruel, saying they are just too small to make a difference(I assume that's how Kenny felt with all that knowledge, too small to make a difference and many other Eldians who knew what's beyond the walls). But Eren always keeps moving "You have to fight". And i don't see any dilemma in this story, so I don't get other people. Eldians are the one in the right, you can't keep on punishing them for what they ancestors did, especially when they used it as an excuse to become monster themselves. Eren's ideology is right, you gotta keep on fighting, that's why he is the one to lead Eldians. I only wish Reiner, Annie and Bertolto could have realized that. They had their doubts, but they never made a choice for themselves only listened to orders. If they did pick Eren's side, they would eventually leave this nightmare. You have to fight, otherwise, it's always gonna be a nightmare and you will never wake up. Even in death you will only feel regret. I Am gratefuly, because that's the first anime that showed me why our main character is THE main character. So the theories about him being the devil from the story or some original, first attack titan makes sense to me now, and you manga readers know it too. He is special. He is going to save Eldians or destroy everything trying to.

I used to. I do even sometimes now. But currently it improved. I think like this now : so what if I don't have a purpose ? I will live, eat the foods I love and see a bit more of this beautiful world. That's enough for me.
People do tell me it's no better than living like animals , but I have learnt to ignore. If I don't think like this I can not keep going.. not being able to achieve things I wanted , not being able to be satisfied in the work I am doing really hurts . But as long as I think like I don't even need to achieve anything cuz who cares , I can just have a bit of peace.
People are the only creatures that comit suicides. I think that's because you do not need to fight for your life. But when people get cancer or something, many of them actually want to live even if they didnt want to. I think the purpose of life is just to survive, be the best you can be and multiply. Who knows, maybe this world is something which helps us develop and someday achieve greater state.
I don't really care about that. The meaning of life is not important to me what is important is that I am alive. I was gifted with this one life so I am gonna live it and enjoy it till the very last breath. Sometimes I think does it really matter if I die. It won't affect anyone except those who are close to me. Countless people die everyday but the world still moves on. But that doesn't mean that I have to die early. I want to see more of this world. I want to discover the world I was born in. I want make to friends. I only live for myself and the people close to me. That is why I do what I want to. I don't care if people hate me. Because there are those who love me. I am just one of those 7 trillion people on this planet who will die one day. Death is inevitable but it is what makes life beautiful.

The timing at 2:18 with the "Please" is the best scene I've seen in my entire life. It gets me everytime. The music, timing as well as the voice acting is simply magnificent. The buildup for that scene is incredible as well with the previous dialogues and scenes.
