Arriel 2 oil filter pop out indication

On the Turbomeca Arriel 2 engine there is a popout indicator on the oil filter for the Arriel 2B and 2B1 but no popout indicator on the Arriel 2D. This video explains the meaning and differences between the engines.

At the 1:00 minute mark, is that showing the indicator popped or normal?

That is a picture of the popout indicator extended or as you say ... popped

@@EUROSAFETYTRAINING thanks. I have only seen it normal but had never seen what it looks like when abnormal. Seems pretty subtle.
